Poor service
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Total rip off. Me, my wife and 2 year old son were going away from Heathrow air port so I booked a taxi from these from the train station to our hotel. Sent my request in with all the information and the bigest thing a book the taxi with this company was I was told ‘when I rang before booking’ if I request a car seat they can provide one. As with a 2 year old need him to be safe. The taxi turned up with no car seat, said to the drive we asked/need a car seat and he said u need to ring up and they will sort it and then he just drove off and left us stranded in London. So I rang and I was told car seats are not compulsory ‘but was told before I booked that if I asked they would make sure we got one’ and after nearly a hour on the phone with them was told they can’t help me and I would just have to find another taxi myself and make my own way there!! It’s was a total joke of a company and very poor customer service. Also tried to email and only had a generic email back and still trying to get a refund. SO PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS RIP OFF OF A COMPANY!

Terrible Experience
I had a really bad experience last night after arranging a booking in Taxicode from Gatwick Airport in London. My family was arriving in the country for the first time on a late flight at Gatwick from JFK last night and our experience with Airport 24x7, and by extension the app, was terrible. First of all the driver arrived 30 minutes late for a scheduled 11:35pm booking. When calling the telephone number provided, the man who answered the phone told me that the driver was only 5 minutes away. Clearly this was false. When the driver finally contacted me at 11:46 PM he then informed me that he couldn’t meet me at the taxi stand but I should go to some drop off point in the airport. Upon arrival after midnight, the driver then informs me that he doesn’t have room for 3 passengers and our luggage and that he can’t refund my payment. So I was forced to send my family along in the car while I had to fend for myself back to London from Gatwick. The app did not allow me to see what I had originally requested to dispute this driver and the heavily accented manager that the driver called up after arriving 30 minutes late, nor did I have any adequate recourse or assistance when the effective gypsy cab driver shows up. I might have saved some money with the service but I will never use it again.

What a great service!
This was the first time I had used this service. I was fed up with lugging my cases around and waiting for trains that didn’t turn up. So I was delighted to be met at the airport, helped with my luggage and taken to my destination where I was again helped by the courteous driver. The return journey was just as good - the driver was well on time and I was at the airport in good time for my flight. What’s more I was texted the driver’s name and the registration number of the car before each trip. A great service and I recommend it.

The App needs some improvement combining with the great service they have
Badly designed app and website
I put full address details and travel requirements into the website and they were removed when sent to the taxi company, so I had to provide them again. I could register with the app as it would not accept a US mobile phone number. App is not much use.

It was very easy to order and pay. We went from our hotel to Gare du Nord. The driver was early, didn't rush us and was very pleasant.

Welcome end to a long journey
I have used this service twice. The first time was to take us to our new home (600 mile flight with 3 disoriented children) and the second time was to collect our eldest son from the airport when he came to stay.
On both occasions booking was painless and immediate. The firm tracked flights so we didn't need to notify them of delays and they were there waiting when we arrived. Both drivers that we had were not only welcoming and easy going but also really helpful regarding the local area and great company on the long drive. I would recommend this service.
