  • So-so

    I use this app monthly. When I first downloaded it, the barcode scanner worked fine. But now it doesn’t work at all. I try every month. Improvements needed:
    -fix barcode scanner
    -show the list of medications in order of last date refilled or alphabetical then last date refilled. Right now they are listed in no particular order and it’s a pain to find the last refill.
    -pharmacy doesn’t see “notes to pharmacy”.

    The main thing it has going for it is I can order my refills without having to call. But I have to hand enter everything. Not the end of the world, but seems like something that should work.

  • One thing missing from this app

    I really wish this app had a tracking feature! I gave this app a 4 star instead of 5 star because I REALLY wish there was a feature where I could track on the app when my prescriptions are ready for pickup. Other pharmacy apps show the status of my prescription - ex: received, being processed, or ready for pickup. Additionally, notification received if my RX is delayed and whether or not I need to contact the pharmacy.

  • Does nothing

    Only allows you to order refills. Shows only the date you ordered the refill - not when it’s filled, not when you can pick it up, not why it’s on hold. Doesn’t allow you to communicate with pharmacy.

    I always end up needing to call the pharmacy or getting surprised when I go in. With more than one family member with multiple medications, it’s almost more trouble than it’s worth. Certainly far more frustrating!

    Good thing I love the pharmacy itself, and it’s not too far away.

  • No longer do they have same day delivery

    And if you refill your RXs through portal, pharmacy expectations that they won’t have ready until 2days after sent in — If the pharmacy claims to have received. If pharmacy claims they didn’t receive your e-order, then you get to wait another 8 hours to fill. And if your lucky, it might make it for delivery the next day. If on a weekend, forget it!!!

  • Much quicker wait times

    Love getting my medicine here as it’s so much quicker than Walgreens. Customer Service is better as there’s not new people every time you come to get your medicine. The lines are so much shorter with both the drive thru and in store. Have all kinds of medicine and other vintage items to buy. Love shopping here as well. Prices are more reasonable too.

  • Scan doesn’t work, screen is crowded

    The scan feature does not function and the keyboard blocks from view the field being typed in…you can’t see what you’re typing. It would be So easy to make this better.
  • Refills

    I think the app should be more corresponding. If I put in a refill request there should be an option for the pharmacist to acknowledge that it has been filled. Thanks

    This app is very easy to use when you need to refill a medicine.
  • Could be a lot more user friendly

    When scanning the prescription, all info should come up.
  • Wish you can copy & pasted

    New customer switching from the huge nationwide chain that has me making trips too open because they are out of my med

    I have been doing the transfer part of the app and I can copy the RX# and text of the prescription but the app will not allow me to paste.

    Hello and thank you for the review. The My GNP mobile app allows you to paste text as long as text is copied to your device's keyboard.
