  • Pretty Good in My Experience

    App does the job - successfully submits my refill requests to the pharmacy. Only issue is that I’ve never been able to get the “scan barcode” feature to work. From other reviews, it doesn’t sound like this would save much time, anyway. A nice feature would be the ability to call my pharmacy from the app. Otherwise, nothing magical but does the job.

We appreciate your feedback as we are always looking for ways to improve the app. You are able to call your pharmacy from the mobile app on the Pharmacy screen, which you can access from the bottom navigation bar. On the screen, their is a "call" icon that will display a pop-over message with the phone number and the option to call.   • Disappointing

    After dealing with interactive pharmacy apps like CVS’s this app is terribly outdated. I cannot see all of my medications. I cannot see when I last refilled a drug. I cannot see what I paid for a medication the last time I picked it up.
    While these things sound petty, it’s an access society is accustomed to in a post-Covid tele-health world. Something that is not found at all on this App.

  • Could be better

    The part I dislike the most is the data entry portion after scanning a barcode.

    Why do I need to enter anything? This should all be available. There should be no reason for me to enter a prescription name, who it’s for, the RXNumber, or much less who’s picking it up.

    This is an added pain because you can’t even see the fields you’re trying to enter data for!

    The app needs an “your prescriptions are ready” notification.

    I do like the fact there’s a scan feature, I just wish it was more useful.

  • Very useful and intuitive

    Has all the basics and some helpful reminders as well. Interface is a little bit too large for my iPhone13 mini. Needs a scrolling feature added on the add a prescription page. Also future addition could be chat with your local pharmacist. Now only has some “chatbot” feature. Not sure how useful it is as I have not used it yet. Overall this basically a 5 star app just needs a little tweaking to be perfect. 👍

  • Need improvement of scan

    There seem problem with scan on barcode on medication label not get read quickly or is there anything need fix bug on scan camera?

  • Needs more self service options!

    This site would be so much better if It had more self service options such as page ability ti review current and past prescriptions so you can easily select that prescription you need and request a refill instead of searching for all your prescription bottles yo enter the RX data. I do LOVE my neighborhood Hazards Pharmacy and my Pharmacist though so the lack of self service options won’t deter me form using Hazard’s.

    Could not scan my prescription for the past few refills

    My order went through but the pharmacy failed to contact me telling me that my prescription was ready for pick up.
  • Pointless

    I see no way to personalize this. Also, I submitted refills and have had no communication whatsoever about it. The chat bot is also pointless unless you are asking about COVID.
  • Rate app

    The app has worked great for us most of the time. No problems with my saved meds list at all. They are there when I need to refill. I like the app very useful to us. Thank you
