  • Prescription Refill Status

    It would be nice to receive a notification from the app or to see when the medications are ready for pick up.
  • Don’t always get them all in the refill

    For some reason if you have more than 1-2 refills it doesn’t alert them correctly. Only one might get refilled.
  • No refills from Mobil?

    I used to be able to get our meds refilled by our Mobil phone 24/7….. not anymore for some reason. May be service hunting. Been with this company for many years but it sold, not personable any longer and it’s been over a year. Very sad.
  • Not helpful, Its back to the old phone ordering system

    This app is bad. I’m not going to get into all the issues which make it bad because if you read the other comments you will see the same problems over and over and over again. My Pharmcy thinks it suks also.
    The apps new releases appears to have made things worse instead better.
    This app used to be very good.
    Again read other comments. They all hit the nail right on the head.

  • Problems

    I use the app on my iPhone 12 and it works, but even after scanning a medication barcode, one must yet enter the medication name and name of person for whom it’s prescribed, even though this information is present in the system.

    On my wife’s iPhone 6, the app cannot even locate our pharmacy!

    I’m going to look for a better app.

  • Complicated app

    The old app had my name and my wife’s name with all of our medications listed below our name. This app is confusing, hard to use and missed the personal touch of the old Aynor Family Pharmacy app.

    Needs much improvement! I’ve gone back to calling in my refills on the phone!
  • No med history or date refilled

    The app only gives last requested refill date for saved Rx. That is the ONLY info you can see. Viewing the actual FILL DATE would be helpful along with at least a year of HISTORY on each medication.
  • Whew…terrible app

    I’ve used this app several times now and it’s so bad I’m not sure where to start. Not crashing is the only thing I think it does right. The scan a Rx never works plus a whole lot more. Wow really bad app.
  • Good app that could be great

    I would have given 5 stars if there was a way to check if the prescription order was received and if you were able to let them know when you are on the way so you could know the order was ready or needed another 15 minutes
    Other than that it’s a great app

  • Low Functionality.

    This app has next to no functionality and does next to nothing for you.
    You should be able to securely login and find you prescriptions. Express Scripts is less than ideal but far superior to this low grade app.
    Do not bother yourself.
