Call in to let the bank know about not being able to pay bills on my iPad though the app!! The reply was they are working on it!! Was told to use safari,ok fine!! If I want to do it that way I would not have downloaded the app!! Called them today to let them know that the drop down menu was still coming up blank when trying to pay bill!! But on the home page where it says pay your bill, you can click on that and it will take you to the bill pay page!!! Apparently Amanda doesn’t know how to listen, if I have to explain multiple times you are not listening!! About to move all of my money sick of not being listened toShow lessKelly mcc

My wife and I have banked at another bank for over 25 years. We changed to First Financial Bank about 8 months ago. We are so pleased with our choice of moving. I love this bank. The app is so easy to use and is so quickly updated with transactions. I love getting immediate texts when my card is used. Tech support for the app is an actual person who is knowledgeable and fixes the problem quickly. I love the First Financial Bank app! Being able to check my account balance, review transactions, and make transfers 24/7 is awesome. Sometimes I can be a bit of a Forgetful Freddy when it comes to keeping up with my debit card - so I’m really enjoying the card management function that allows me to turn it off an on. And have I mentioned the new design?? It’s fantastic! Way to keep up with the times, FFB. The app makes me feel all shiny and new, like I’m banking for the first time. Love the bank, but app needs work.
Only issues are it doesn’t save my password. Mine tend to be long and complicated so it’s annoying having to put it in every time.
Also I have had multiple occasions where it says I have a different amount of money in the bank than I actually do. I have had to pay a ridiculous amount in overdraft fees because of this. When it’s my fault I have over-drafted I will gladly pay the fee, but it happens because the app tells me I have money that I don’t it’s quite frustrating.Show lessYertontrey

It’s pretty good I just wish that every time I made a purchase/transaction or whatever a notification would pop up like an Instagram dm notification Yk? That the notification could say 13$ spent on __ new total balance __ that would be so nice! And it would make the user more aware of their money and if your card ever got hacked and someone’s spending money you would know immediatelyShow lessnsjxbdkal

Their customer service is great. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and they make you feel welcomed. They answered all my questions and I actually talked to a live person instead of having to talk to a machine. I hate those automated machines that is so tacky and frustrating.tejanita4life
Financial tools aren’t working but it’s better then it used to be for sure!
It’s manageable and with some bug fixes here and there it’s a great app for the everyday person to use. Just wish it had more features that explained more about the credit tools and features that taught us people who were taught how to build their credit and why it’s important for us to have credit.Show lesssoftball/baseballmomma

This is the perfect and most convenient set-up for a lady on a budget, who may not be so good at keeping track. A shopping trip? I can keep up with how much I’ve spent and how much I have left to spend. End of the month bill-pay? Easy access to know when the check has cleared.Lady on a buget
