The whole financial picture all in one place… I love it! 😃 I would like to inform someone about the fact that the app occasionally freezes and spins when I try to log in, forcing me to reboot my phone entirely before it will actually open. I love this app! Very easy to understand and easy to transfer money from one account to the other. I love the fact that it is “real time”! I’m so glad I have access to my account at all times, especially outside of business hours! I love how convenient it is to log onto my account.C7640S
Good App but Not Enough Options
Good app but very inconvenient that a bill payment can not be set to recurring anymore without calling customer service to set up.
Would also be nice and more practical if there was the ability to set up recurring auto transfers as well from account to account.Kayne382
Why the bad reviews?
I think the developers did a great job on this app. It’s just like using the website, which is much more convenient than finding your way around the old app. The only difference is using a menu button to display the options available rather than seeing them on the left of the page. A year into using this app I’ve changed rating from 3 to 4. Difficult at first especially bill pay but my impression of this app has improved. They were able to get my personal, business, and CDs all listed under one log in. That is much appreciated.Maj54

App not working well lately
This app used to work really well. Lately, over the past couple of months, I’ve had nothing but problems with this app. It will often not load at all. When it does load, my Face ID doesn’t work anymore nor does it save my password.Mandy Rogers
Quite functional
The app works well with basic needs. A couple of improvements: add a numerical button for $.00 to speed the process when entering check amount for mobile deposit. Also, have app snap pic when hold it over check, as other apps do. Otherwise serves me well.NoahS64
