Not apple friendly
App doesn’t work well with apple products. I’ve been up the creek when I’ve needed to unlock my card and the app wouldn’t comply. Often I’ve had to close and reopen the app just to get the glitch from the keyboard to stop. My biggest complaint is the card lock feature doesn’t work all the time and if you’re like me I lock my card when not using it and when you need it unlocked and the app doesn’t work well your screwed.Show lessthe wolf of west texas
Banking on the app
The app has become one of my favorites. I don’t have to run across town for much anymore. There is only one branch in Odessa so being able to move from one account to another, and being able to deposit checks have become so quick and easy. Thank you First Financial Bank!goesforeasy
App needs some work
This app is just ok the way it is. It could use some improvements. 80% of the time the Face ID login feature doesn’t work and I have to manually type in my login information, this is quite frustrating. Why have the Face ID feature if it’s not going to show up the majority of the time? Also the whole interface once logged in could just be smoother and feel less clunky. Coming from a larger bank with a very good app I guess I was just spoiled. I’d say this app is good for the basics as in checking your balance but good luck trying to do anything else. Hopefully they allocate some resources to improving this app. Take note from the bigger banks apps.Show lesslaundryp
Constant small issues making it very annoying
The app either tells me it’s encountered an error and needs to close, forgets my “remembered” account, or parts of the app show up as unavailable. I even turned on facial recognition and it only pops up every now and then… otherwise it makes me put in my long password, not even the pin I set up. Since this is for our business account, it’s EXTREMELY annoying to constantly be force closing the app to get it to work properly.Show lessbaaiileeyy
Fin Mobil app
Is great for all your banking needs. Including mobile deposit, quick access to balance and transaction. The ability to block lost or stolen debit cards as well as a pay your fee to option to send quick cash directly to another’s bank account. Enjoy ;)music_chick88
Great App and Bank
This app is great and works with all my old info. Not sure why the change from the old app, however, I’m sure it allows for more advanced features in the future. They continue to roll out great new feature, it just keeps getting better and better.Burroughs
Easy banking 🙂
Thx to this app, now I have more control over my finances. I can easily check the ins and outs at the end of every single day. After starting to use this app, I was able to keep tabs on whose hands were dipping in to my bank, etc. so far no problems at all.timid banker
Impressed
For most apps, the amount of features can be too much. First financial, however, got it just right. Everything has a purpose and they happen to be all the purposes you could want and need.DirtUser15
Pretty good
One obvious problem is that it does not stop you from attempting a deposit over $5000 on the app as it should. I “made a deposit” of just over $8000 and was told it was successful. Later I was notified it was declined and to call customer service the next day for an explanation. The explanation was - no deposits over $5000 on the app. It would be really simple to modify the app so if you attempt to put a number greater than $5000 in the “amount” field it would reject it and give an explanation immediately, not simply decline it with no further information.Show lessRJShiflet
Great App
Been used it for years! If the app has a malfunction it is fixed within 24 hours… I’ve never had any trouble with the app I am able to do everything I need through the app if there is some thing I can’t do it’s easy to find a branch to call or ATMs.scermak29
