Slow service
The sandwiches were great, but there were no other customers in the store and it took 20 minutes to make 4 sandwichessgk47
Online does not get the correctness you get in person
After a couple of complaints, which mainly go unanswered, from the app or online ordering, we got great service and fast food prep. Thank you Jackson store for giving us faith in you to come back. And, you had bread this time too.Jim Meinel

Love Cousin’s! Love this app!
I’ve eaten the Cousin’s double cheese steak the same way...the only way for over 30 years!!! Double cheese steak, Mayo, tomatoes, lettuce, grilled onions, extra grilled onions, oregano, salt & pepper, light vinegar & oil, hot pepper relish; Bag of Sour Cream & Onion chips; Pink lemonade-Sprite mixes to wash it all down!!! If you don’t believe me, try it! Your life’ll never be the same...promise! It’s so good that when we moved to Illinois we drove back to the Milwaukee Villard Street location (the original location) at least 3Xs per month to quench that Cousin’s craving eventually taking orders and bringing the spoils home for our new Illinois neighbors! We’re now back in MKE sharing the same love with our new neighbors! Our favorite locations are now N. 92nd and Appleton Ave as well as Mequon Rd in Mequon, WI! Now...with this incredibly convenient app we get to earn points and cool rewards for doing the same thing! I just wish there was a way to apply coupons to my online order before picking up our goodies. Other than that I wouldn’t change a thing...
