Still trying to figure out the app
Ended up ordering through the drive through but dang did they do an awesome job on my sandwich. It makes leaving my house once a week worth risking my life for!
Drive-thru service is a 10
Went to Cousins in Menomonee Falls WI on Appleton Avenue. They have it perfected. They got the order correct, brought the food out quickly and everyone was positive and upbeat. They were extremely busy with drive-thru and curbside service and still gave me a 100% positive experience.

I’ve gone a couple of times to Cousins subs and really liked there sandwiches. Employees there are super sweet
Add payment options
Add Apple Pay or PayPal, I don’t want to have all these apps having my credit card info. Be like other apps and utilize these collective payment methods. It’s the difference between me ordering from cousins or any other sub shop.
Delivery is slow
The last three times I’ve used the app I haven’t received any notifications from my delivery and the delivery has taken forever!
Order error
Ordered 3 subs and one had no lettuce on it. Otherwise all good!

Amazing Service
Of all the “fast food” restaurants in Manitowoc, Cousins is the best. They are fast, friendly and always get it right! They even know my name when I come in. Great job Cousins!
Great but no cash option
Works great. Just need a way to be bow to select cash as a payment method
