Is the app dead? Can’t get new user agreement to work
Can’t file a report and a kid is lighting things on fire in the BART car. Obvious the camera doesn’t work. Good job!

I didn’t think that using this app would be helpful, but it absolutely is! I was concerned over two individuals who were disturbing the pease, so I sent a message, not hoping for anything. But to my surprise an actual live human being was chatting with me in no time, and sent out officers to assist. Fantastic. It makes me feel so much safer riding Bart.

I have made several alerts and not once in my trips from SF to Antioch do I see a Bart personnel respond. I don’t know why I bother’

Pot smokers
Sent a vid today of a guy smoking pot inside a car during the morning rush at 7 am. The car had 50 people inside. Bart police avoids patrolling the last car to avoid dealing with these folks. If they made a point of patrolling the last car this issue would be under control. In the meantime they have 20 police folks at Embarcadero station every morning hanging out checking for fares. It’s a mess.

Useless app that is supposed to make you feel all warm a cozy. Then you realize no one is going to help you.
Amazing app
Used this app today when a man was behaving strange on the train and harassing me and my friend. Took a picture of him from behind and got an immediate response that an officer was gonna check. Next station the cops came and took the guy off the train. A very good idea for when it’s hard to call. Very useful.

I report crimes and issues that happens when I ride Bart and yet Bart police does jack to address it. Enjoy the lawsuits you pay off to victims that ride Bart.
