    Everything I need and more, right in one place. I am so grateful! Coverage details, physician notes, virtual care and virtual urgent care (which is priceless), a record of lab results and visit history, deductible spending progress, a place to find in-network providers, prescription statuses and pharmacy preferences, as well as the ease of estimating costs and even a place for virtual referrals to in-person specialists, not to mention the personal care team at the ready to assist at any time. I cannot tell you enough how grateful I am for this app. Whoever invented it and whoever helps to make it better… I would be lost in the medical insurance world without it. Personalized, streamlined, and simplified, keeping track of and giving me access to all of it for me! I feel so empowered and confident to advocate for myself and get care that I otherwise wouldn’t have had the courage to tackle. Thank you and thank you!!

  • I’m so glad to have included health!

    I was having excruciating pain for 6 months before I got a diagnosis from my doctor. I was diagnosed with several significant health conditions and I had questions about my diagnosis and whether I should pursue further testing with a Neurologist because I felt like my treating physician was missing something and the on call physician was able to help with my concerns and agreed that my symptoms were very much like a particular disease and that further testing to rule it out or proceed if that diagnosis was accurate! I wish I could say the disease…but confidentiality wouldn’t allow you to use the review

  • Superior Customer Service

    We have used Included Health several times over the past few years and they have ALWAYS been absolutely fantastic. The people who work there are truly exceptional, they listen, collect appropriate information and find the best possible solution to the problem. Then, they actually get back to you in a timely fashion, like, amazingly so. Thank you all and congratulations to Management for getting and hopefully keeping some really great employees. People make it work, hardware, software and systems help things happen but, the people pull it together to help the customer or patient. Thank you all Wayne Merchant

  • No cellphone notification, frequent connection issue

    I used to get cellphone notification but now only get email notification. It’s easy to miss the email since I don’t check them frequently and the email has delays. This leads to frequent coordinator changes for one message thread since I don’t reply quick enough. Also the app seems have frequent connection issues and I need to refresh or reopen the app to get the data. The coordinators are very helpful and I love how convenient it is to access the data. Also hope this app can provide more useful data in the future such as more claim details including the non covered bills, denial reasons, etc.

  • A savior in the healthcare world

    I wish I could work for this company is how impressed I’ve been with their services and mission. The value of having someone to hear and offer to sort out the overwhelming issues that come with medical events is priceless. I have used them for many things from a second opinion to help with scheduling. I signed up at 1a.m one evening and a nurse was calling me by 9a.m. the next morning. She spent hours with me to gather my health story. It only got better from there.

  • Hard Things Made Easy

    Being faced with a terminal illness is hard. Trying to sort out your options and make decisions (including the choice to do nothing) is even harder. Doing all of this in a medical setting when you can't schedule a doctor's appointment to your hospital room in order to have a face-to-face conversation about all of this is the hardest of all.

    In about :15, Included Health got the experts at Stanford Medicine on the case and getting us answers. The live doctors on our end were surprise by how much we knew and how well we were able to handle our side of the conversation. It changed the dynamic of our interactions with the local medical professionals.

  • App fails constantly, recommend using accolade health if an option

    I could go on and on about how awful an app and company included health has been since my company switched from accolade a couple of years ago. The on demand doctor doesn’t work. Those assisting never follow up when they say they will. They also have close to no knowledge about insurance, which is incredible. I came to the rating to see how bad it was and was absolutely shocked to see it had such a high rating. Any actual humans I’ve spoken to about the company and app have been nothing but disappointed and frustrated with this company. My guess is that’s because we experienced a better service through Accolade and maybe those rating never had a service like this or used an app before?

  • Never been functional

    I have had Included Health for over a year and it had never functioned properly. I have contacted their support team so many times and sat on hold and talked for hours which kind customer service agents and rude customer service agents and the result has been the same: no movement. Extremely frustrating to pay for benefits I cannot use and hear each time that their hands are tied. My account has been reset so many times and still bo functionality - and then to be told over the phone that my information is accurate, my insurance is correct, but their system won’t register it so will I please pay $90 for a service that should only cost me $10. I have asked for call backs and never received. I’m stuck with this app while my company has a contract with them but I cannot state how frustrating it is to be the person who it doesn’t work for and nothing is done about it.

  • Awesome service!

    This year has been a very rough year for me starting off with a stroke in March at 62! Jaime from Included Health called me and her call couldn’t have come at a better time. I had received emails about the program and how it was part of my insurance plan but I figured there was a catch so just kept deleting them. To say she has been a godsend is an understatement. “Just doing her job” has absolutely nothing to do with how she presented herself. And at a time I needed her since I was not prepared for the journey ahead of me. Jaime was compassionate, showed empathy, was calm, patient, understanding, very personable, reliable and genuinely cared about my needs. There have been others that have been just as pleasant and caring and have helped me when I had billing issues with a Doctor as well as appealing a claim. Both were resolved in a timely manner. I’ve also had help with referrals. I can’t say enough good things about Included Health as well as Jaime!

  • Very kind and thoughtful. Easy to navigate

    I think Kevin C, my identity affirming care coordinator has been very kind and patient with me. And has been doing a really great job trying to find a doctor that fits me and my needs. And I think it really helps since I have had some really bad experiences that cause anxiety with doctors. So I really appreciate the effort, even though I kept forgetting to check the app. He still continues to try to help me and I’m grateful for that. For the app itself I think it is easy to navigate for your insurance needs.
