I would pay for this service if my employer didn’t offer it for free
I found out I was pregnant in November and didn’t know where to start… so I sent a message over and before I know it they found me a doctor and made an appt (after I answered some questions). Billing questions? They help answer them. I need a lactation consultant- they find them for me and tell me what’s covered. I need a pediatrician for the newborn… I could search around myself sure, but they do that work for me! I need a dentist and eye appt- they took care of it. I have had several interactions with Heath Assistants using the Included Health App. This app is very intuitive to the new user. It has been very helpful while making some inquiries about my medical health insurance. The staff communicates and sends answers very rapidly. I recommend this app.GPR_

I have been using this app for billing , finding specialists and other questions. It’s a wonderful app. Everyone is very helpful, shout out to Rachel C for helping me file my claims to insurance. All I had to do was upload the invoices. I have never had the issues with the app that some of the other reviewers have mentioned. For me the app loads fast and works great. The staff is wonderful. I get a response and resolution right away. It has saved me a lot of time researching and finding information. For anything insurance or medical related i just go to the app and help and information is available , provided by a very professional and friendly staff. Every company that offers benefits should have Included health and grand rounds. This is like having benefits assistance in your back pocket on any question health related. My experience has been that the messaging options are easy to use, there are quick responses and that’s the biggest use I’ve gotten out of this app. Not sure if this is a Ground Rounds thing or a doctor thing, but when I’ve scheduled virtual/phone appointments with doctors or PAs I have rarely actually gotten a call from anyone. I’ve scheduled probably 6-7 virtual appointments through the app and only 1 actually happened. That’s my biggest frustration with it. I’ve used the nurse triage option and that was somewhat helpful. But help with insurance and billing questions via messaging has so far been the best use of this app.Show lessTayGuag
Finally someone Who Cares!
The people at Grand Rounds are so kind and caring and get things done quickly with great compassion. I’ve worked with them for two years and I’ve been overwhelmed with their speed at which try get things done. I’m so tired of never getting a call back from my primary. Can’t get my refills done. Questions with just about anything concerning Doctor visits, Health Coverage , it gives you information about your health screenings, blood labs, test of any kind, prescription listings. These live agents are truly wonderful. I didn’t have to wait on a phone to speak to anyone , it was so helpful to get information so quickly- They take care of all your needs of finding a dentist, doctor, and other physicians needed to take care of your health. They care a lot and I'm so grateful to have the ability to have everything taken care of for me, including visits, prescriptions filled etc, all at a click of a button. Keep up the good work. I spoke with Rachel C and let me tell you she was absolutely AMAZING! I had questions that she answered with a ton of knowledge. She really educated me. She even answered questions I didn't even know I had. This was my first time ever contacting this company as my insurance is new to me. I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. I was nervous when my husbands company switched insurance providers but Rachel C. made it all worth it. My experience was EPIC. Waited 7 hrs for call from clinician and I just tested positive for COVID
Tested positive for COVID in person this morning but the facility won’t treat people until you set up an appointment (next day) so came home and chatted with Grand Rounds. Person was nice said she would get clinician to call me. 7 hours later she called and left voicemail. Worthless app and company for urgent medical needs. But they do give helpful videos and self help support in the form of preventive health and such. But for COVID or strep or injury it’s go to emergency room and don’t waste your time with this app. Better to just sit down at emergency roomShow lessPrince of Paupers
Makes getting medical care super easy!
This service is offered through my husband’s job in conjunction with his insurance. Makes things so much easier. They find in-plan doctors for you, make appointments for you, listen to your concerns and work to coordinate your care. They are able to obtain and share (with your consent, of course) your medical record with all of your providers. They do all the foot work, you just tell them what your concerns are and what you need and they go on the hunt and come back with a plan ( appointments, doctors, etc.). Even if you don’t really know what you need, they come up with a jumping off point a place to start so that you can make movement toward getting the medical treatment and answers you need.
