  • Great service! So convenient!

Included Health makes getting healthcare so easy, open the app and look for a doctor. I can search by name or condition, which makes finding what I need so easy and convenient. I really like that I can even see doctors thru the app. I have transitioned my primary care doctor to the one from the app. No more waiting weeks to see my doctor, I can usually see a my PCP within 24 hours, what game changer!

  • Very Useful and Helpful

The main use I get out of the app is its great messaging feature, with great customer support in minutes and with actual helpful people. The only reason i gave the app a four star is due to a message glitch that sometimes won’t let you send messages and of course when I need assistance and can’t message it can be bothersome, otherwise this is extremely useful

  • Finding Care Virtually Doesn’t Work

This is the first and probably last time I’ll be using this app. I’ve been trying to utilize the virtual appointment function for 3 hours this morning without success. There’s two options: see a doctor right away or make an appointment. For the first option, I either get “An error occurred. Please try again later” or it takes me through all the steps, saying I’ll be able to connect with a doctor in 5-10 minutes estimated and when I click on “Join Appointment” a message immediately pops up saying there’s no available providers and to please try again later. I’ve been trying for the last 3 hours!! When I get the error right away, I have to log completely out and back in and hope it works. The schedule an appointment for later function doesn’t work at all. When I get to the part when it asks for my availability and I choose the date and time and click continue, it just takes me right back to choose a date and time over and over and over again until nothing happens when I click the continue button. I have this service through my employer and it replaced Teladoc and I wish I still had Teladoc. I never had issues with them and could always connect with a provider within minutes. This app is awful and inconvenient. They say 24/7 access to care? Load of crap. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

  • Second opinion

I requested a second opinion for a procedure that had me concerned and everything was great, I received the second opinion before my surgery and they were absolutely great following up and making sure I understood everything the expert had provided. I highly recommend using their services.

  • Missing info regarding appointments

I had a confirmed appointment for February 24 9:30 am. At about 8am, I went on the app to verify the exact time, since this was going to be the first time speaking with this doctor. The information was not there. Not canceled, not rescheduled, just non existent. I called the number to speak with someone. They couldn’t find my appointment. After about 45 wasted minutes they said they would send a report of some sort and call me back. Of course, no call back. I wasn’t expecting it judging by how uninformed the person on the other end of the line was. I can tell when someone is just blowing me off to get off the phone. She literally hung up on me after saying she would call me back. I finally found a confirmation email and was able to get to the appointment through the email. When I opened it up to join the call, the app kept asking me to “share my location” my location settings were set to “share” but the app kept denying me access. So I closed the app and opened it again. Nothing. After about 15 minutes of verifying everything, I missed the appointment. I sent a message to the team saying I shouldn’t be charged the $35 for canceling since the app didn’t let me in and still haven’t heard back from them about either of these two issues. Going to delete this app as soon as I hit send on this review. What a disappointment. If I could give zero stars, I would.

  • Painful to use app and service

The app is slow, and the service makes it awfully difficult to find care. Something as basic as searching for providers in your zipcode simply doesn’t work. The search results are non sensical. And many of the “results” force you to use a “concierge” service that requires you to fill out a bunch of forms and claims it will get back to you within 24-48 hours (which is already way too long), but doesn’t even do that. Just a terrible experience.

  • Useless service and buggy app

This feedback is for both the app and the supporting service by nurse and doctors. It takes ages to connect to a doctor. The app may show 20-30 mins and still take an hour to connect or a doctor. While 2 mins barely in the call, the app showed an dialog “unable to connect to a provider” while the call was on. Closing the dialog also drops the call with the doctor. You have to restart again and great. This time no providers available. Such a useless service.

  • Bug in provider search: doesn't account for in network based on location

The providers listed are in network but not at the locations defined on the map view, so there is no value on using the map view or distance value when trying to book an in person appointment.

Also the feedback link at the bottom of the results has no submit button, so you can fill in the form but then... not submit it. It looks like the recaptcha isn't loading as a small progress bar shows briefly before leaving a blank space.

  • Bad UI design prevents booking appointment

Once you select a healthcare provider and a time, the app requires you to write down the reason for visit. However, the text box takes up half of the iPhone 13 Pro screen (I even changed my phone to use the smallest text size) and the other half is taken up by the screen keyboard. There isn’t a way to hide the keyboard so the NEXT button is stuck under the screen board and impossible to book an appointment.

Fix this ASAP Please! I’d send post a screenshot of the issue described above if I could.

  • Don’t Trust This Company With Your Healthcare

This app is horrible based on my experience, and seems like a way to sell any data that you provide. If they answer the phone, don’t count on common courtesy. In my experience, they mostly hang up and pretend not to understand basic health questions. The reps will attempt to stall by asking countless questions while providing no answers.

Add to that, they become argumentative which is counterproductive. Ask for a supervisor and you’ll be placed on hold for hours on end. Simply put, do not trust this company or their app.
