    I'm an employee for Home Depot. I have been there almost 5 years. There have been some changes that I wasn't to familiar with. I took a chance with the virtual chatting and I'm so thankful I idid. I just wanted to give Rachel G a shout out and hope she gets recognized for her outstanding job. She was very professional, kind and patient with me. I work in Real and I have to say she answered all of my questions. She defiantly went above and beyond to help me and also gave me phone numbers to get me in the right direction and to make sure all my questions got answered. Please be sure to recognize her and to hang on too her. if I ever have. to call back I hope she is the one that heps me. I trust her and I know without a doubt that she will make things happen and they will be done right, bc she is very friendly and even more knowledgeable . Thank you Christina and hope you and your family have a safe and HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!

  • Second opinion

    Our family is very happy to have found this resource of second opinion.
    All staff members are very kind and on point , they are quick to answer any questions,
    I had to use them in to separate occasions, for the same situation, and they did not hesitate, to help, yet found me other resources, for our grandsons need “opinion “ I can’t thank them enough . Doctor Desai a very passionate and caring Doctor, that really goes upon and beyond, to help. I thank God for this service and would recommend it with all my heart. Thank you guys for all you do.   • Great understanding and communication.

    This app offers such great advice, understanding and communication that you won’t ever want to speak to a medical professional any other way again. They have consistently gone above and beyond to assist me in all types of medical needs from pricing a prescription and making recommendations to finding a better suited doctor for my personal needs.
    I would highly recommend this company and their experts just as much as I would from my own doctor!

  • Helpful for insurance billing

    I have found grand rounds super helpful for investigating billing issues with my insurance company and for submitting out of network claims. Ideally, insurance claims would be easy to submit and would get processed right, so there wouldn’t be such a need for this service. But the reality is, Grand Rounds saves me several hours a week chasing down issues with my health insurance company. It’s like having a personal assistant dealing with health insurance billing, and I’m very appreciative.

    I also used the second opinion service. The actual second opinion was excellent. They struggled to gather my medical records and it took a very long time, so next time I’d do that part myself and just get the second opinion.

    I do find their app needs work. It’s very simple/basic and does not fully support the services that they offer. For example, I can’t see the subject line of messages so when I have multiple billing threads open, I have to open each one to see what it is. Likewise with the second opinion service, they didn’t have any technology in the app to support their record gathering which made it harder to keep track of what was happening.

    Overall though, I hope my company continues to provide me with Grand Rounds. Just their billing help saves me several hours a week, and I’d need to follow up with insurance during business hours instead of working, so it’s a win-win.

  • Huge THANK YOU

    I wanted to recognize Megan Gilroy. She has been instrumental in helping me with my care. Her humbleness, kindness and professionalism has helped me navigate a very difficult medical concern. She has stayed on top of my care and made sure to stay in contact with me. Megan displays compassion for her position and it shown in her work. She has been a huge advocate for me while I’m working through treatment options and different specialists. I cannot say enough great things about Megan! In all honesty I have to say she is probably the best resource I have ever had on my side and she goes above and beyond. Her medical knowledge and continuous care has given me hope and let’s me know there really are people doing Gods work. I don’t ever want Megan to think she didn’t make a difference in my care or anyone’s care. She needs to be recognized for her significant role with Grand Rounds. Her efforts need to be recognized and I owe her a huge thank you for being the person she is. She is the definition of kindness. Thank you Megan!

  • Easy to use/feedback

    The app has been great to use, everything is easy to find! One small feedback is that there’s not a notification function to alert me when messages are received from the care team. It would be great to add that as a function so I don’t miss important correspondences. Thanks and I hope to see this function released in the future!

  • Really easy and helpful experience

    I just finished a conversation with a care coordinator about a health issue I was starting to become concerned about. I’m 20 years old so I’ve never had to call or schedule any type of consultation or doctor related visits, so I was a little unsure about how it would go. After having a short conversation detailing what I was experiencing I already have a phone call visit in 30 minutes! It was relieving both how quick and easy this was and that I’ll be getting help with my issue. I’ll definitely be using grand rounds in the future.

  • Very bad if you are a corporate customer

    My company provides this service as one of the benefits. And this is absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. Specially if you are part of this service through as benefit.
    I asked them for a physician recommendation with my insurance information attached and stop they got me an appointment with a provider that was not covered through my insurance. I had to pay out of my pocket for annual checkups because they messed it up.
    The time when I asked for a dermatologist recommendation they suggested a provider that was not accepting patients for problem I had. When I reported that back to them they outright just refused to accept this.

    Do not take this service for your employees if u want to help them as benefits.

  • Super useful

    Any questions about insurance the care team is there to help and are super friendly. They also help to find Drs wether it be primary or specialist in network to help save money at drs visits and it also tracks the amount you’ve spent towards your deductible and out-of-pocket cost. This has made insurance a lot easier for myself, instead of having to call and ask questions I can just pop on grand rounds and everything I need is at my fingertips.
