  • The workouts are great

    The workouts are great and are perfect for me as they aren’t so intense that I can’t workout after a long day, but also not so easy that it seems redundant. However, it does not link with my Apple Watch activity, which is the reason for four stars. It is a big enough lack of feature for me to seek a different app. However, if it did link I would keep the app and subscription. I could be using it wrong, but from other reviews and from poking around on the app it doesn’t seem so.

  • So far so good

    I’m only three days in to the app and 22 weeks with my first. I didn’t have the energy to really workout until now but have started to have pain while sleeping so searched for something to keep me loving. I was an active person running and working out before so I like this simple format of putting together different exercises in 20 minute chunks that are totally doable. I coupled with 30 minutes of walking and the pains are subsiding!

  • So many glitches!

    The workouts are great but you can’t leave the app once you’ve started one. Also, the audio doesn’t work which is annoying because you have to look at the screen all the time to figure out what to do next or how much time is left. The iPad app also loads upside down and won’t flip.
  • Can’t log in or reset password

    This app was great and I paid for the full year version , but now every time I try to login it says user not found and resetting the password leads me to another dead end because it always says the PIN number has expired or is incorrect despite trying several times. Extremely frustrating considering I’m paying for something I haven’t been able to use for months .

  • Great but wish it was more custom

    I love this app so much, but I wish you could say an exercise is too easy or too hard and it would edit the next days exercises to match. Especially because I paid for a premium membership!

    I am able to stay on track each day because I do not dread doing these exercises! They give me a good workout but not too intensely.
  • Great for Prenatal!

    Have only been using this app for 3 days, but so far so good! No complaints at all and I like how you are able to control whether or not you are printed by voice commands. I am 21 weeks pregnant and I am just getting back into working out after being so sick until 3 weeks ago with hyperemesis so it is very nice that this app exists and that the premium is cheaper than 1 month at the gym for an entire year of usage on the app! I totally suggest getting this app!

  • Exactly What I Was Looking For

    This app is great for light exercises based on your stage of pregnancy. When I miss a day I notice how my legs ache and I need to stretch. Highly recommend to any pregnant mommas whose jobs have them sitting all day!
  • Perfect workouts for during and after pregnancy

    Great, low key exercises that help keep you limber during pregnancy and then helping to get back to pre-pregnancy body after having the baby.
  • Good for price, could use improvements

    Overall, I really like using this App for a full body prenatal workout. I do wish the App told you how far in the workout you were. Either a time clock or exercise counter to track where you are would be a huge enhancement. I am able to get my heart rate up while still not sweating or straining my body.
