  • Perfect for pregnant ladies wanting to be fit

I like how they are daily workouts, and tailored to where you are in your pregnancy. I can listen to my metal music while doing the workouts so that’s a bonus! The only thing I would add/change is have it link up with Apple health to keep track of the workouts, and how long it was. But other than that I went ahead and bought the full year option because this is the first one I found that gives you a good burn without it being a danger to baby.

  • Is this a scam?

I just downloaded this app and it wouldn’t let me start a workout with agreeing to pay a subscription or do the “7 day free trial.” I chose the trial but it never recognized that. So I could never see my workout. Then I went to cancel my subscription in the settings of the app, because I wanted to make sure I wasn’t being charged (especially since I couldn’t use it) and it told me to go through my iTunes account to do that! Luckily, I don’t see it as a subscription in my account, but I have never been so frustrated. Not to mention, this is for pregnant women... don’t make mama MAD.

Hi there. We're sorry the app wasn't what you expected. We had some issues when we first launched the new version but those are resolved now. Please email us at info@power20app.com and we'll make sure your trial is working properly.
  • Just what I needed!

I usually run (5-7 miles) or do boot camp-style aerobics classes for exercise. But I’m
Just too wiped out now (about 12 weeks). This was the perfect length (20 minutes) and intensity - worked up a sweat, full-body without being too much.

Also format really easy to follow. Also on my iPhone X, I could listen to a podcast in the background while I watched the video, which was nice.

Hi there, thank you for the kind words! We work really hard to create new content that is safe and effective for expecting moms. We're glad you are enjoying it.
  • Fit mom

I was exercising before I got pregnant and I wasn’t sure what would be safe for me and my baby now. This app is great! I worked up a sweat and will continue to use throughout my pregnancy. Super easy to follow and I love how they incorporated yoga too! Definitely recommend to other mommy-to-be.
  • Good but not outstanding

The app helps and makes me feel good, but it only unlocks one workout for the free version. If you want a different work out, you have to buy the premium version. I like most of the moves the workout gives you, but it doesn’t play music.
  • Just enough when pregnant

I went to a gym class daily until I found out I was pregnant and didn’t want to do wait lifting or any intense workouts. This is just the right amount of toning but not over doing it. Great app!!
  • LOVE IT !

As someone who has struggled with maintaining fit I was extremely worried during the first weeks of my pregnancy. I didn’t want to do anything strenuous but wanted to do a little more than cardio. This app is great! Love that it times everything and shows tutorials. LOVE IT !
  • Love it!

I’ve been looking for workouts to do pregnant. I’m pretty impressed right now. 20 minutes workouts plus they work all parts of your body (except abs. Obviously.). Yes, the app is really basic and I could see a lot of potential but it gets the job done.
  • Modifying my last review as the app has been fixed!

    Original review:
I downloaded and complete one workout and really like it! However, now every time I open the app I get a pop up that says keeps the server can’t be reached. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app a couple of times, but it still doesn’t work. I’m super bummed. Here’s hoping the server issue is figured out soon.

    Modification:
It’s back up and running and I really like it! I work a desk job at home and this is an easy work break that feels great!

  • Great app

It is fabulous to find a variety of exercises and routines to keep fit during pregnancy. I am disappointed that many of the exercises for the 2nd trimester (I have not tried the 3rd trimester) are not really appropriate—like lying on your back and lifting the hips (bridge pose). I think this should be corrected as it could cause problems.
    Thanks!
