  • Actually love it

    Yes on the free version there are only 3 20 minute workouts. But they are pretty good. I enjoyed the various moves so I didn't get bored quickly. The third trimester one was tougher for me due to the standing and floor work. But I like this app for the price. Aka FREE.
  • Challenging but not unrealistic

    I am 5 months pregnant and was just starting to get back in shape when I found out I was pregnant. This app makes me heart pump and works out the whole body. I've never done yoga before but it's very nice to put some of the yoga in between the planks and such :) I will be keeping up with this app, it makes me feel good after I accomplish the whole 20 minutes.

  • Awesome quick effective

    Great for lazy days when you can't get to gym. 20 min and visually guides you. I break a sweat and get a little panty. I'm used to bootcamp type workouts so this is great level for pregnancy. I think I'll buy full version after doing this twice on free now.
  • Got me to start working out

    Short but productive workouts that got me moving while my son naps. I like how the graphic does the exercises with you so you know the pace and I like the countdown timer.
  • Great way to keep moving!

    I had gotten out of my exercise routine due to first tri morning sickness. This was just what I needed to kick start me back to fitness in month 5. Looking forward to staying healthy and active!
  • Loved it!

    What a great work out! I just found out that I am pregnant and I feel that this is the perfect routine. I break a sweat during the work out, but with this early pregnancy fatigue I feel like it is still simple enough that I'm not going to exhaust myself. It's also not as intimidating as some other routines that I have come across and I know I will absolutely be able to stick with it!

  • Perfect app!

    Just what I needed to pick me up and get moving. I'm in my 3rd tri, and I wished I found this before!! It incorporates low impact cardio and strength moves so it's a total body workout that is consistently moving. Give you a 5 second rest in between but those exercises will get your heart rate up. Just get rid of the planks 3rd tri!

  • Just what I needed!

    I am in my third trimester and have not been exercising enough. This app is simple, easy to use, and makes me feel good! I feel like I got stretching, flexibility, endurance and weight bearing in all in 20min! Thank you!
  • Great App!

    I had been running several times a week until I found out I am pregnant, and I have been looking for a lower impact workout to do daily this next 9 months or so. This app is great! Simple interface and simple workouts, but just what I feel I need during my pregnancy to help keep me fit and active. I think I will make sure I am also walking daily alongside this workout (They are only about 20 minutes each, so I feel I need a bit more to complement these workouts).

  • Yoga + Cardio

    Definitely got my heart rate up, even though I was training for a 5k at an average of 10mins per mile before I found out I was pregnant. I like how it gives you a preview of the exercise to come during the rest time.
