  • I love it

    I do these exercises almost daily to help me get through my busy work day. I feel they are safe and effective. I do like to add weights and bands to feel more of the burn. I have altered some exercise as I have gotten further along in my pregnancy such as no side planks
  • Great app!

    I’m a personal trainer and pregnancy has left me feeling exhausted and unable to do things my full speed, these functional yet easy to do and easy on my body workouts have been vital for me to keep up my fitness during this pregnancy. Highly recommend!

    I’m doing the trial version right now and I will definitely be continuing with the monthly subscription. The exercises are so pleasant and easy on you’re pregnant body. It’s a perfect mix of some cardio and yoga. Very happy and look forward to my workout everyday.
  • Balanced work out

    This app does a good job of switching workouts everyday, making sure you’re not hurting you or your baby, and takes into account what (in general) a pregnant woman can or cannot do. I love that there is also a post part I’m workout too! I haven’t done it yet but nice to know that the 4th trimester was taken into account.

  • Love this App!

    Such a quick workout that was pretty relaxing. It felt like I was getting a good workout and could tell it was helping with my sciatic nerve, and back pain during my pregnancy! Some workouts were definitely a little challenging, but worth it! I haven’t tried the post pregnancy yet.

    First time pregnant and also having been working out in sooo long I just wanted to ease in and this is so nice. I feel like it’s tough enough to feel it but not so hard that I quit or can’t do every day. It’s only about 20 minutes and I usually start straight out of bed so I can open up my body and ease my gas, bloating, and cramps. Love it so far

    When I got pregnant I was so upset I had to give up maintaining my active workouts with my husband (we use a different app, Freeletics)—not knowing what I could do and what I couldn’t do, and finding the motivation that a workout app previously brought me. With Prenatal and Postnatal workouts—now I can continue to exercise with my husband without worrying if I’m hurting myself or the baby. Thank you for making this app.

  • What I was looking for!

    I wanted a pregnancy app for workouts and this one is so straight forward. I do t like that it has me stretching in the middle sometimes but if that’s the case I’ll just try a different workout for that 35-45second period. I am in my second trimester and have ahead a really
    Tough time with my breathing and exercise although I was active prior to becoming pregnant. This app has truly helped me start back into fitness without overdoing it. Love it!

    Workouts are very manageable even on my tired days. It’s easy to push yourself with these workouts and the fact that they are 20 mins make the commitment easy.
  • Good work our not too crazy

    Started at 24 weeks, get me winded and sore the next day but I can tell it makes a difference. I feel stronger in the areas that aren’t getting work out attention during pregnancy
