  • Great app!

    I like to hold weights while I do my routine as it helps the workout be a little more effective-especially for my upper body! Great app though. Love the simplicity of the workouts and that they also include lots of stretching! And the fact that I can listen to my podcasts while I work out is a huge plus!

  • Exactly what I was looking for!

    I don’t have to think or make decisions about what to do, no equipment needed, I just roll out of bed and do it in my jammies on a mat on the floor. It’s just the right amount of challenge I can handle right now.
  • Safe and Challenging

    I love this plan so far because it is simple and tells me exactly what to do each day. I was very worried about working out in a way that could hurt my growing baby but I feel safe with each workout! In addition, it is still challenging enough for me while remaining simple. I worked out fairly regularly before I was pregnant and this is maintaining the muscles I have now while keeping me in good health for my babe!

  • Just what I needed!

    The Prenatal Workout App was just the boost to my day. I was feeling as though I was lacking the ability to motivate myself and get out of bed each day to simply move. The Prenatal Workout shows you simple moves to get your body warmed up and to give you your strength back. Since signing up, I have added walking a huge hill at work 5 times, heading back to the gym to walk and weight lift and I’m even sleeping better. I highly recommend the App to any mommas out there either trying to get pregnant, already are pregnant or recently had their bundle of joy. The App reminds you, you are worth waking up each morning and feeling the best version of you! Even if you miss a couple of days using the App, the calendar marks your days of use and it feels so good to recognize the progress you are making. I look forward to continuing to use the Prenatal Workout App even after our baby arrives and to share my progress with other mommas who need some self motivation. Hope you have a great experience trying out the App. Don’t forget you are beautiful and love yourself!

  • Was great until it stopped working

    Loved the workouts, quick and challenging without causing pain or strain. But as soon as the free trial ended and my payment went through, the app stopped working. It won’t let me sign in or connect even though my internet connection is fine. This is frustrating as I can’t use the app now and the company doesn’t give refunds. I was only able to do a few workouts in the past month and had to switch to a different app.

  • Not free!

    The app is free but requires a subscription of $5 a month. Would rather pay for an app than a subscription especially when it’s not advertised as such when I downloaded.

    *Update: While the cost may be disclosed once you expand the info, you can’t even do a trial first without signing up for a payment option first and giving all your info. Thanks for the response developer but it’s still a no.

  • Just what I needed

    I was just telling my sister how hard it was for me to find the kind of workouts I wanted while pregnant and then came across this app. It’s exactly what I was looking for! 20 minute exercises that vary gently from day to day, that get your heart rate going. You can pause if you need to, and skip any exercises you can’t/don’t want to do. There’s a countdown, demonstration, etc before and during each workout. It’s not perfect, but it gets the job down and is great for my needs. Would definitely recommend!

  • ABSOLUTELY What I Needed

    First off, this app is the ONLY app I've found that has a preconception option, which I really wanted. We're trying for baby number three in October but I wanted to use the next three months to really get into the exact habits I want for when we conceive. Some of these habits include drinking a ton of water, getting back to small meals six times a day, and cutting back my exercise routine from vigorous to lighter workouts. This app does EXACTLY that. Second off, this isn't for people who want rough workouts, which should be obvious considering rough workouts can also be rough on fertility. The workouts are short, sweet, and effective without wreaking havoc on my body. Third off, it knows what it's doing! When I started the app and it said "aim to workout every day," I panicked a little. I was used to two days on, one day off, two days on, one day off, so I was a little skeptical. However, after a couple of strength training days, it gives me a really chill yoga day, which stretches me and relaxes me more than taxes me. I'm so excited to see what the workouts are like when we switch over to trimester one! Love and baby dust everyone!

  • Easy, fun and simple.

    Great for working out at my own pace. I feel like each workout is similar but it allows me to continue to practice and get better at the exercises. The routines do change and I love that it also has a voice over to explain how to properly do the workout. It does have a timer but you can pause the workout if you want. It also sends you daily reminders if you set it up for a specific time, giving you that extra push to workout even on your lazy days.

  • App doesn’t work

    I LOVED the workouts, but as soon as my trial was over and I started getting charged, I suddenly got “network connectivity issues” and can no longer open the app. My WiFi is at full strength. I restarted my phone. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I see other people have had the same issues. Super disappointed.
