I have no idea who is giving the ratings for this app, bc I have had it over a year and it truly is awful. It says “reconnecting” half of the time (for me AND my clients) and the other half you have to log out then uninstall and reinstall. Yes, that is what their customer support said the first of the many many many times it’s just stopped working. It’s terrible, save yourself the headache. The only reason why I’m still using it is bc I haven’t been able to have all of my clients download a different one yet.

Great Concept
Been using this app for over 3 years and other than occasional glitch, it was fine. As of several days ago, any messages after 10/26 are gone, from all providers. Also my provider’s current messages are not coming through as well. I’ve deleted and downloaded the app, no change. This desperately needs an update!

Great app, but latest release is crashing on load
I’ve been using OhMD for years without issue, but the latest update is causing the app to crash on launch for me. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling from scratch, no luck.
Simple and useful
My doctor uses this for his patients and I had surgery a day ago and it has been so nice to be able to text my doctor and get a quick reply without having to go through a call system and transfers. For those of you that really keep attack of your information and HIPPA, this app is the best for you. Personally, as long as the information doesn’t contain any personal information (social, phone, address, etc…) I don’t care who reads it as long as my personal information isn’t attached.

Great, but could add some spice..
I wish there was a way to search threads for keywords instead of having to scroll throgh the entire thread. Otherwise, great tool to use in the work place.
Pop ups
Love the app but I wish the bot pop ups would not open every time you come into the app. They can be a bit of an annoyance.
Quick & efficient communication. Easy to use
I love using this app to take to my doctor. I can quickly schedule appts & ask my doctors questions via messaging. It’s so easy to use and has all my medical records in one place
Cannot sign in
I’ve had this happen in the past but it usually resolves. This time nothing works. I’ve tried deleting the app and reloading. My password is correct but it will not accept. I can login on my laptop but that defeats the purpose of having a phone app. Three clients have tried to reach me on OhMD recently but I could not utilize. Very disappointed.

Super nice
This app is great! I used to use it with my counselor! The encryption it gives makes me feel what I type is ACTUALLY private.
Good but could be improved
There is not a way to clear out unwanted messages or to access older messages without great difficulty.
