Update: there was issues with the App. But my coworker contacted the company and they fixed the issue and it works perfectly now!!
Updated now it won’t work
This app was working just fine and then it updated yesterday and now it just flashes and won’t work. Deleted it and downloaded again, still won’t work. Logged out, logged back in and still won’t work.
Many flaws
App crashes. Face ID not working though it was reset multiple times. Notifications not working though it is turned on.
Can not find old messages.
Support not helpful at all. Ask the same exact question every time.

FaceID does not work; buggy
Turning on FaceID in the app only allows entry of a four digit iPhone passcode. iPhones have used six digit passcodes for some time.
The app appears to allow me to enable FaceID, and once looked like it tried to use it, but failed. I’ve logged in several times, set up FaceID, but it’s off again when I try to log back in.
Having a way to store the OhMD passcode for login is critical. If this is broken, I consider the app nearly worthless.
The app also appears buggy. When first set up it found part of a previous text thread. I sent a response to my doctor’s office. When I next logged back in it had found the full thread, but had lost my response.
Help also appears to be very limited.

Awesome
I love that I’m able to text my doctor instead of waiting on recorded lines for a long time to get to her.
Incredibly convenient
This app is a life saver especially when you have several children. I can ask questions and request appointments at anytime and they get back to me fairly quickly
Fantastic communication tool
My doctor recommended this app and it is a far more timely means of sharing than the traditional portal that they have. I was even able to send pictures which allowed me to stay safely at home and still get treatment.
Stuck notification
So I’m currently experiencing a stuck notification in the app well A badge icon that will not go away even though I have no unread messages so there is a number one badge on the app that will not go away so please help
Seems like a good app but not optimized for iPad?
I do the majority of my communication through the iPad and it is a bummer that I can’t use my iPad keyboard to type messages and that the screen looks washed out in portrait mode, when making the app bigger to better fit the iPad screen. Until this works well with the iPad, it’s pretty much useless for me.

App won’t work
I have reinstalled your app several times and it still won’t work. After I install it I’m able to connect to one person and then I close the app and it only stays on your start up screen and it won’t let go any further. If you have advice please let me know
