Doesn’t work
this app was so amazing at first i always bought tickets from it but now it says that tickets are unavailable for certain movies but when i check online on the actual theatres website it says that there are tickets available, i bought tickets now and they don’t show up on my app now.
if these problems get fixed i will definitely change my rating because i really did like the convenience and ease of the app at first.Show lessvandipersio

In addition to booking the wrong day I got charge a premium of 31% for it. Tax on the S/C on the markup on the S/C … $31 for $24 tickets.

The fee helps us offer convenient features like buying tickets in advance to avoid sold-out shows, reserving seats, skipping the box office lines, using different payment methods, etc. Most online ticketing services charge some sort of fee.The Atom fast track line is no longer a feature. Today we went to the theater. Paid for tickets and snacks on the app before arrival. Paid extra to buy snacks on the app so we could skip the line and get right to our seats. On arrival we were told the atom pre paid line no longer exists and we needed to stand in line with everyone else. I don't mind standing in lines, but i do mind spending extra money and not getting what was promised. Please update the website and app to reflect the fast track line is no longer a feature so people aren't miss-led.
Follow up - they offered me a 5 dollar credit because half the benefit to this app is no longer a feature. Buy tickets directly from the theaters- dont pay extra for snacks theres no express line anymore and you pay significantly more than what you pay directly to the theater.Show lessTrenchmonkey87

I love the atom app, it’s easy to use. The only suggestion I have is, I don’t use the concession part because you can’t make changes like upsize the drink, it would be most helpful if you can alter you order. Thank you!!Terryx2

Every time I choose a seat I get an error message saying that seat is no longer available. I think it may be a bug as it does it on my wife’s app too. Each time I need to go and purchase the tickets online on my Mac. Annoying and inconvenient.DavidBrett

I love this app- used it for years but now they charge booking fees- which makes going to movies using atom so much more expensive. Sad to see this happeningAkswear
