Great bank !!!
Was tired of the games played by my local and national banks. I was fed up with the fees and the “gotchas”, so I tried NBKC. The process of signing up my personal and business accounts was easy even though we are located in Maryland! Communication was great and everything just works! Now I have a full service bank without being taken advantage of! The only suggestion is debugging the mobile app for mobile deposits, which are sometimes squirrelly!

This app is completely useless now. a couple months ago this app used to work totally fine and now I cannot apparently reach the server I can’t...And I can’t do anything on this app. They need to fix this app I travel a lot and I would really appreciate if you guys could fix this app. I’m also starting to get alittle disappointed with this bank in general. Ive banked here for over a decade an last year it has completely declined. I’m very disappointed.

Love the bank, not so much the app...
I don’t know if the problem is the app or iPhone compatibility but it sure would be nice if someone could fix it. App is flaky at best and completely unable to reach the server at times - I can be logged on through my iPad’s web browser and at the same time get a network connectivity when the app on my phone continually fails. Please fix.
Updated 9/29. iPhone app now completely useless. Will not load at all. I log in from a safari window just fine and the iPad app works fine too. Can you guys please fix the app for the phone??
