Useless
The only usefulness is the ability to top up. The journey planner is useless. There is no live tracking and based only on outdated published schedules.YanaSL
Not as useful as it could be
The good: it tells you how much you have on your Opal card.
The bad: the journey planner hasn't a clue: do not rely on it to plan. Particularly bad are the bus times even on a good day and light traffic. I think it uses an out of date timetable, not live information.
It has no network map.
The Ugly: It has an unintelligent search system: it won't find 'Campbelltown Station' unless you tap the whole thing in. A good system would be instinctive.
I suspect this was done on the cheap and as it has been out for years then no one at SydneyTrains really bothers.Show lessRussjking

Do not trust the travel planner it will mess up your journey
Busses left minutes before we were supposed to arrive at the stop. Train journey times are not calculated accurately, meaning that you may arrive at a station after the next train you're told to transfer to has already departed.Oliask
Bug fix
Isn't really a bug fix, more a removal of the wording "Free travel" and changed to "Reward" how about you call it was it is instead of hiding behind the over used App Store term "Bug Fix" consumers are adult enough to understand why and what needed to be done, just stop being lazy and tell us what you're doing!Show lessMonkeyNuts

Useless app. Always logs you out and since signing back in is such a pain, there's no point of using this app.grrahul
