If you want to get scammed then use this app. One simple question. Why have an app where it tells you what the price is going to be if the driver just sends you a text and try’s to negotiate their own price ??
For instance, if your app tells you that the price is $3 to get to a-z , why would the driver call or send a text and say the price is going to be $20 . What is the point, just get a taxi . There is no recourse for the driver and this scams they pull. No way to notify anyone of the scams. Do not use this app, you will be highly disappointed . Cannot find driver for long journey
GO-JEK is good for short journeys under 10 minutes, but for long journeys it is hard to find a driver, as drivers will accept and then cancel the job once they realize how far it is.
I live 30 minutes from my work, it usually takes me 30-45 minutes to find a driver because they all cancel. Makes the total journey time more than double!!! once you take into account the time spent trying to find a driver who wants the job.
GO-JEK should punish the drivers who cancel, because they don’t seem to care about it, and also increase the fare for longer journeys, so that the drivers actually want to accept them!Show lessdavid11457
Terrible GPS accuracy
I've only been using Go-car since I've moved to Surabaya. Lately the GPS tracking has been very poor. I can get a driver that's supposedly 8mins away from me but after 5mins, no movement still. I can get a driver that's supposedly 3mins away from me but in reality it's actually nearly 10mins.
A lot of the drivers don't know their way around and they don't bother to use a navigator either which is rather frustrating for me since I'm not a local here.
The same applies for the Go-food service in Surabaya. Poor GPS tracking & accuracy.
Go-jek needs to improve on this because it's critical for the customers.
I know this is not the proper channel for lodging such a complaint but the app doesn't offer a feedback feature on the actual services.Show lessvinatachan
GoPay Shenanigans
You ask your drivers to keep promoting gopay and conduct gasifications on them to see who got more customers to purchase GoPay. And when the customer uses gopay, only few drivers who are willing to accept the gopay use and asking the customer for cash instead. This is a systemic problem that you should be responsible instead of milking customers’ money and putting the blame on your drivers. Also I can no longer complaint about my drivers (mostly GoCar drivers who are rude, unprofessional, and keep asking for cash by the pretext of “my phone cant take gopay”)Show lessdanatri
Totally Unprofessional
What a nightmare! After setting up an account I began to receive unwanted marketing emails from GoJack. None of the newsletters have an unsubscribe link like they should in the footer.
So, I went to their website customer support area hoping to find a way to email a request to be removed from their mailing lists. They have NO phone numbers or email addresses in their Contact Us section - only physical addresses.
Apparently, if someone wants to contact Ho Jack, they must physically go in person!
Then from another online search I found the customer service email and mailed a request for my email address to be removed from all/any mailing lists. The customer service rep replied that she was sorry but they cannot do that and they cannot delete my account. I tried to reply multiple times that there had to be a way to remove my email address.
The last response from BlowJack was that I needed to go into my mail program and block their email address!!!!!

Freaking lame GPS
The app GPS accuracy is freaking frustrating, i cannot pinpoint my driver’s location, only a very vague estimation, and it won’t move (the driver position) until it finally reach the passenger. Most of the time, when the drivers are unable to reply or pick up the phone when they are driving (rightly so), i don’t know whether they are actually 5km away while the app constantly show that they are merely 200m away, or they are actually less than 100 meters away while the app shows that they are 5 km away. So buggy since uber left
Since uber left, this app crashes every weekday at 5-7pm. It takes multiple attempts to order a goride or gofood (12 attempts and 30min last week) and then your try to contact the Driver and it says no orders. Then sometimes 2 or 3 drivers turn up. Plus the prices keep going up. A goride is now more expensive than an uber car was. Used to be a great app but now they seem to just be after bigger profit and not investing in infrastructure.Show lessJamjakjamhsm
Frustrating
I use gojek go food etc a lot. Have had a number of issues using app during stages of dev. The most annoying situation was I ordered my team lunch, every Friday we Do this. The deliverer took order, acknowledged order then either ordered or pretended to order and the food never showed. My go pay was charged. Complained via phone Call & wrote to gojek. No refund????? Notifications frenzy become annoying
Lately the app seems to go in extra chatty mode with the notifications. I dont need a daily reminder about promos and vouchers that I am not interested in using. I would like to have a full control to choose what notifications the app pushed to me. Please provide this feature.Agha Nur Dharma Ain
More difficult to navigate!!
I'm not very content with the new features with go-ride, go-car! It's more difficult to order if I order it for someone ! And the map couldn't be found if I just type it for other cities. Please make it easier just like before. It's okay if it back with the older version. This is very not beneficial for someone who have food business. ThanksShow lessLaksita2302
