So buggy since uber left
Since uber left, this app crashes every weekday at 5-7pm. It takes multiple attempts to order a goride or gofood (12 attempts and 30min last week) and then your try to contact the Driver and it says no orders. Then sometimes 2 or 3 drivers turn up. Plus the prices keep going up. A goride is now more expensive than an uber car was. Used to be a great app but now they seem to just be after bigger profit and not investing in infrastructure.

Frustrating
I use gojek go food etc a lot. Have had a number of issues using app during stages of dev. The most annoying situation was I ordered my team lunch, every Friday we Do this. The deliverer took order, acknowledged order then either ordered or pretended to order and the food never showed. My go pay was charged. Complained via phone Call & wrote to gojek. No refund????? Please can you improve customer relations

Notifications frenzy become annoying
Lately the app seems to go in extra chatty mode with the notifications. I dont need a daily reminder about promos and vouchers that I am not interested in using. I would like to have a full control to choose what notifications the app pushed to me. Please provide this feature.
More difficult to navigate!!
I'm not very content with the new features with go-ride, go-car! It's more difficult to order if I order it for someone ! And the map couldn't be found if I just type it for other cities. Please make it easier just like before. It's okay if it back with the older version. This is very not beneficial for someone who have food business. Thanks

Very good app
I really think Go-Jek is an amazing concept with how robust it’s services are. Usually a very pleasant experience. Unfortunately several of the cars have a pretty strong smoke smell covered up by air freshener. I would rate higher except the app still has glitches to work out. It booked 3 rides for me the other day and that was confusing. Also said a car was coming once but didn’t show up to the driver. Work out the glitches and will be pretty solid gold

Crashing
I updated my app yesterday just after using it's app (go ride) with no problem. But just after that I can no longer open the app, it keeps crashing all the time whenever I try to get into it. So I just leave it like that and then I decided to restart my iPhone just to make sure that it wasn't the app, but it still the same. So that I deleted the app and then download it again but I just can't get into it. It keeps crashing every single time, why? Please help, thanks

Gojek banjarmasin!
Thanks to driver gocar who r very nice to me and the service was good. This app really helpful, but sometimes is really bad when the driver gocar picked me up on airport and suddenly someone push my driver really hard from back, then i realized he is convention driver.. he hate every online driver who picked cust on airport, they said airport it was they area.. its not fair, i think every single people in this world had they own future..

Didn’t take action to THIEF driver!
I use go car every day. Most of the drivers are nice. But one day i fell asleep on the car and the driver stole my phone and cash from my bag! I didn’t notice until i get off the car. Then I report this situation to Go Jek immediately. At the meantime, I use “Find my iPhone” to track my lost phone and screenshot every 5 mins. So later I can compare it with Go Car’s record of this driver to prove he took the phone with him. I’m so sure the driver took it because it’s not only my phone, but also all the cash from my wallet. This is very urgent to me! I keep contacting Go Jek cust service but no one can really update me their process! I’m so angry right now because they still allow this DANGEROUS person to take cust! You have his name, ID, phone no and car plate no. Why don’t you do something?!

Worthless for food delivery in Ulamas
I downloaded this app before our trip to Bali. Tonight, I tried to order food twice. Both times the drivers called to tell me the restaurant I ordered from was closed.
Bad luck? More like bad business model. Rather than verifying the order with the restaurant, this app relies on the driver to place the order once they arrive at the restaurant. I’m all for mechanical turking, but two failures back to back means it’s broken at the source. I give the drivers full marks for calling me to explain the situation and to offer to fill the order in a different restaurant, but without access to the menu, that’s not helping.
Try something else, for this is broken by design.

After it , someone calls me that I won doorprize , he said bla bla bla..... I don't believe that
I think he was tried to get in my account and found my phone number ..
