  • Needs an update

    I was loving this app. However, the past few times I’ve tried ordering through the app, it has not gone through. It will say it went through, but then I get an email stating my card has been refunded. I go to the store, and they say my order did not come through. This has been an inconvenience. I deliver for DoorDash, so it was convenient to order my food then pick up when I was able to. I emailed support about this problem, and they told me to uninstall and reinstall the app. I had already done that but it didn’t help. There has been no update for the app in two years. Please fix this issue!!!

  • Absolute Best

    I’ve had the best experience and service at Wayback Burger. The staff are all friendly and the atmosphere is always inviting.
    Did I mention how delicious the food is?
    Definitely one of my favorite places to dine.

  • Terrible design to not allow edit or cancellation

    Absolutely horrendous that if someone accidently places the order while adding things you cannot edit or cancel. Even store personell cannot do anything. So today with the BOGO offer, my son hit place order before i added mine. We had no recourse AT ALL!!! The store says “its an in app order” - they actually told us they only offered $3 off at their location in the app. They cannot cancel it. We cannot edit it or cancel it. So, basically, we get to place 2 separate full price orders because of the horrible design options. (Not including the fact that the app prices are all at least $1 higher than they are in the actual location!!!)

  • Be careful! You’ll get cheated!

    This happened to me a second time now:
    It was around 7:55 pm when I put in an order for a burger. I checked ahead of time what the store hours are. The app indicated that the restaurant would close at 9:00 pm. So I went ahead and put in my order. When I got the receipt it said that the burger would be ready by 11:45 am the next day. That’s obviously not when I needed my burger. I am hungry now, not tomorrow at noon! The app has no button to cancel the order. My money has been charged. I called the number but no one answered. I drove to the store but it was already closed. On the door there was a sign that it closed at 7:30 pm. That’s not what the app indicated. So, now I paid for a burger that I won’t be able to receive until noon tomorrow. By then I don’t want it anymore and I don’t know how to get my money back!

  • Works fairly well, fast and easy ordering.

    Can be a bit difficult to navigate at times, but it works fairly well.
  • Tasted great!

    My very first time ordering from Wayback and I’m glad I did. I ordered the impossible melt and it was delicious. The only downfall about Wayback is that when you place your first order they give you a reward of a Wayback classic burger. I don’t eat meat, so I can’t get rewarded. I think they should have a alternative choice of rewards for the vegetarian’s.

  • App punks you!

    This app did not warn me that it was delaying my order to the next day. I thought I was ordering dinner but actually I guess I bought lunch tomorrow! Would have been nice if the app mentioned that detail before taking my $20.

    Note that the place is great and the food is great. My complaint is about an obvious flaw in the app only.

  • Add Combos to Sandwiches to be Priced Correctly

    You need to add the combos to be allowed under the sandwich options. To choose individually costs more than ordering in the place itself with a combo of fries/drinks.
  • Best Burgers Period !!

    Well, I have heard about this place for years, but only started going for around 9 months which I must say the Food is Amazing, and the employees are friendly. I’m not sure how they make the Burgers taste so good, but don’t mess with perfection. Great Job !! ( Cheesy Burger Combo, and Vanilla Milkshake ) Hope you guys expand to the Travelers Rest area in the near future. Fountain Drink “Coke” was Watered Down way to much to enjoy, but the Food, and Service were Great ***

  • Needs fixes to checkout screen

    This app has issues with advertising promotional prices but not applying them at the final check out screen. Horribly frustrating to go to customer service every time you buy something that was supposed to be discounted but you were still charged full price.
