  • I wish the app supported my local stores specials

    My local store offers combos for drinks and fries/onion rings. I don’t see anything on the app to let me select them. This means I’d pay more through the app instead of ordering and paying in the store.
  • Ok, but horrible

    The app is okay and they attempt to make it easy to use. The quick reorder function should have item numbers assigned and is flawed. Especially when you try and change something. The real issues show when you have a problem. When it’s user error they make it impossible to modify or cancel an order. They don’t give order numbers or any way fix your mistake.

  • Could be better

    The whole process from create account and ordering just seemed off. The app ran well but the way it was set up was off. Then I got to the ordering, they wouldn’t let me place an order with out saving my credit card info in their account. Shame that’s why I never completed my order. Add Pay is a must. Then clean up the user experience. Good job for not being buggy and such.

  • App is not intuitive and difficult to navigate

    The chain could sell A lot more food if the App was easier to use. Checking out is confusing. There is no Cart Symbol to be able to access or review your order. Adding new items is difficult.
  • Can’t edit old order

    Wayback is great but this app leaves a lot of room for improvement. When you select an old order you can’t edit the items very well. It keeps pulling up the same item from your order when you try to select another item. It’s not easy to navigate and only works well if you always start with a new order or order the exact same thing as last time. But the restaurant is awesome.

  • Need to train better

    Had a coupon and placed order online. Saw where had no where to put it in so called after placing order through app. Was told to bring coupon and they would refund at store. Got there and then told nothing they could do. I would of cancelled order if I was told that on phone.
  • App crashes doesn’t let you check out

    Love Wayback, hate the app. It frequently crashes. It is also impossible to place an order. You go through the menu, add all the items to your cart, and there is no way to check out, you are stuck in the menu. If you close the app and relaunch, none of your items are saved.

    I just want to say that the front and back of staff here at the Bacons Bridge Wayback Burger location works really hard and it doesn’t go in noticed! The food is always on point and probably my husband’s favorite place to eat!!
  • Early customer

    I’m not sure when my Wayback opened but I know I found it soon after it opened and have relished every time I have returned. The folks that serve me are as pleasant as I could ever want. They are quick, efficient, and courteous. I couldn’t ask for a more friendly atmosphere. Thank you Wayback. I’m really enjoying myself when I eat there.

  • New Bavarian pretzels and bier cheese

    Being a fan of Red Robin’s pretzels and beer cheese I was disappointed with my Wayback order of the same. When my order came the plate gave me 9 decent sized pretzels with bier cheese that was mustard yellow in the form of a thick glob filling the container only half way. The pretzels were hot and soft. For the $3.99 price I expected more pretzels and at least bier cheese you could dunk your pretzels in.
