No shopping list
Don’t like the new app, only good for clipping coupons and shop for delivery. It does not make my grocery shopping that much easier. I now would need to bring the mailer weekly ad or make my own grocery list to shop at Lucky. Safeway app is so much better.
Ugh…. Don’t waste your time
This app never works. I have reset my password nearly every time I try to use this app because it tells me it’s wrong. I now have four accounts! And none of them work! They are all saved in my keychain, so I know I have used them before. So long SaveMart supermarkets, your app is not worth my time. I will shop elsewhere.

Points at a minus
Please fix this! My points are at a minus 2367!! I just spent over 400 bucks and I am at -2367 points?? How is that possible??
Fundamentally broken app, waste of time
Can’t sign in nor sign up! Wasted 30 mins trying to figure this out. 0/5 stars if possible. Garbage.
Horrible
I haven’t shopped in the store since the app was updated. I can no longer create a new list nor can I add to or view an existing list from the website. Plus there’s the coupon issue. Why would you make your app less user friendly than a previous version. I won’t shop there until I’m able to create and use a list to shop.

Useless
App keeps telling me I need to create an account. When I do it doesn’t recognize my email. It keeps asking me to signup. Why does a shopping app have to be so complicated? I prefer Safeway. It’s straightforward just the way it should be. If I could give 0 stars for the Lucky app, I would. I just deleted it. A total waste of time.

No way to enter a free format search
There is no search field that I can find (or if it is it is very well hidden. Not use friendly

Invalid credentials
I get an error saying invalid credentials with newest version. I never had login problems on prior version or on a web browser. Please fix this.
Pretty new app useless
Can’t login with my ID when I try to login it requires me to check every box and I’m not an employee so why would I check that I am but it’s required it demands I use my mobile number most likely so they may sell it I guess landlines aren’t as easy to profit from since you can’t data mine then. Disappointed they’ve resorted to this to make more money just when I started using them over Safeway but at least Safeway aka Albertsons while greedy and wasteful they don’t try to pretend to be some else.
