Recently stayed at Rakuten STAY VILLA Fuji Kawaguchiko Forest. You all fail to provide check-in information prior to my stay reach out to Rakuten stay. They told me I had to contact Agoda this wind up being a very late phone conversation which nearly caused me to basically lose my reservation! Get better.!

Terrible Customer Service
If you have a problem with a reservation, don’t expect much help from Agoda. In my experience, instead of resolving the issue, they keep sending you in circles. They avoid addressing the actual problem, transfer the case from one agent to another, and make you repeat the same information over and over again. I have been trying for a long time to get a refund for nights I did not use, and the process has been extremely frustrating. Because of this experience, I do not recommend using Agoda to make a reservation.

Horrible App Layout/Design
Its too difficult to locate your current booking, why show my previous bookings first and make me scroll all the way down to find my current booking? Why is the most important information such a hassle to find? Even when viewing your current booking, its difficult to read information about the hotel you have booked. The app is lagging constantly and its hotel search feature is slow and has limited filtering options. Hotel prices are misleading, they do not always include tax or additional fees making a hotel seem cheaper that it actually is. Also when searching for hotels, in the search results they display sold out hotels - why is that information relevant to me? Honestly has anyone on the development team ever actually used this app?

Super buggy release. Crashing. Freezing iPad
You get good deals with Agoda…but their customer service absolutely sucks. I’ve booked with them many times where partially through a stay, you’d need to change rooms. Was never an issue until yesterday when i tried to book a week at a hotel. 6 nights in 1 room and 1 night in another version. They weren’t able to confirm the 6 night part…so instead of canceling the whole stay…they booked one night…at the end of the week. Just so stupid. They refused my request for a refund.
