App doesn’t work
Previously I have never had trouble with this app. But now I cannot even log in!
Older iPhones now cannot use the app
It won’t work on my iPhone 8 as my ios is 16 not 17.
App used to be good, not anymore
I have not been able to add my flight to the app. It keeps saying “an error occurred we didn’t expect”. Can’t track my baggage either
New update does not work
Ever since AC updated their app, it does bot pull any recent information. My points balance is wrong and my upcoming bookings are not shown. Can even add them if I try.
Garbage
Almost missed my flight because this app was requiring not only that I scan my passport for a connecting flight, but that I also scan a chip on my passport as well. The chip wouldn’t scan, and as a result I couldn’t get my boarding pass up and nearly missed my flight. Garbage experience top to bottom. Why require people to give their passport info 3 times? Why make them scan some dumb chip that doesn’t work? Why not just send both boarding passes at once upon check in? Just gonna be a boomer next time and do it at the counter.

Très bonne application en général, mais j’ai réservé un forfait et je ne peux pas l’ajouter sur mon application. Quand j’essaie d’ajouter le numéro complet de ma réservation, les derniers chiffres disparaissent. C’est frustrant!
Always realiable
I have always travel with Air Canada, using mt TD Aeroplan Visa card. I really enjoy priority check-in and boarding. Of course, Maple Lounge service is the best.
Great App
I have used most of the airline apps (at least the American-based carriers). This is the best I have ever seen. Easy to use. Well organized. I started last night by buying and ticket on the app and then used the app all day for my travels. I’m really impressed.
Cant use the app
They made an update and I now need an ios that I can’t update my phone to to use the app. Very very inconvenient.

I have 6 airline apps and Air Canada is by far, the best one! Easy to navigate, never had glitch, and timely/accurate information.
Rivals other airline’s apps
I’m a frequent flyer with AC, but my travel requirements occasionally necessitate flying with other carriers like United, Emirates, and Lufthansa among others. Hands down, AC’s app experience is far above the competition. It’s intuitive, extremely detailed, powerful, and a pleasure to look at — the UX design is top notch.

Web Portal Masquerade
This is a web portal in an app wrapper, you’re not fooling anyone. It is buggy, laggy, and what would expect from a low budget airlines circa 2010. Do better.
Can’t book using the app?
I am trying to book my travels and tried about 5 times and the app was “not able to price my booking” and did not let me finalize my reservation. Very frustrating that the app that is supposed to provide convenience just made things more difficult.
