Doesn’t open any window
The app is useful but I can’t log on with my aeroplan number. No window actually work, every time I try to look at external links, it doesn’t load even though I wait and refresh the page. Very frustrating.
Outstanding Customer Service!
I recently flew Air Canada round trip from Boston to Vancouver with a plane change in Montreal both ways. I have difficulty walking with my luggage. The customer service I received both ways was unforgettable. Every one of your employees was super kind and respectful. They all went out of their way to make sure I got to where I needed to be! Thank you for a great experience!

WORST
Worst airline ever. Canceled our flight. Said could not rebook as “nothing available, so soory.” Then the App gave us a $15 voucher for each ticket. Terrible. Unethical.

Air Canada always cancels my flights.
Absolutely useless
I reside in the US and routinely fly United. I booked a trip via United that was serviced by Air Canada. Unable to look any information using route or reservation number, both resulted in errors. Only way to access boarding pass was via email link. I printed our boarding passes at the airport just in case we lost internet access during our trip.

Latest update when I open app all I see is ads. If I have trip booked I want to see my trip details first.

The page to view earned flight credits/promo codes is broken and displays a black screen after the new update.
App Locks Up When Checking Incoming Flight
iPad locks up when checking incoming flight necessitating force close of app. Reported after updating to 5.75.0, and still today after updating to 5.75.1 iPad Pro 6th gen OS 26.5.2. Do developers read these reviews?

Mixed cabin
I love Aeroplan but do not like they offer “business seat” rewards on the search with mixed cabins under 80% when you are searching for business.
Liked it when home screen showed my upcoming trip I’ve actually booked
Rather than trying to make me think of booking more trips elsewhere. I don’t care about countries I don’t want to visit, I want more info pertaining to the one I’m actually going to.
Flight booking issues
I encountered difficulties while booking my flight through the mobile app. The app repeatedly failed, forcing me to switch to my laptop to complete the booking process.

Last update disappointing
Look it used to show me my next flight and the number of days till I was back in the air. Now it’s Budapest and book now tomorrow it will be another ad, you want feedback put it back the way it was. I fly a lot and it was nice to know when I was going to be in the air again now I have to go to my trips to see. Like the food on the planes people make it better. Business class cabin food is terrible make the executives eat it. Maybe then it will change, since hitting super elite in May for 2027 flying other airlines for better food.
