Fix your boarding pass disappearing app
Please investigate this issue and FIX IT! I checked in for my destination flight and got a mobile boarding pass for that, and then for returning flight I also checked in. When I get a boarding pass for the returning flight, the first one gets disappeared. And there is no way to re-issue boarding pass for the flights that are ‘closed’. Could it be a standby passenger specific issue? Anyways, it’s happened to me every time I travel.

All in all good but the wifi is a bit difficult to activate and never works for me

Fly 4 flights ( business) in 16 days
Used Heathrow, Toronto, Vancouver and Montreal
3 of the lounges were very good with Montreal the best , followed very closely by Heathrow but Toronto lack of food choice , and what there was was warm at best , bacon swimming in grease , unpleasant receptionists .
Even the flight from Toronto to Vancouver disappointing dried food and cabin crew happy to be behind curtain.
The other three flights the attendants very good

Well what can I say but vive la difference!! This is an outstanding version of the app and booking website. Well done to the creative team. This is what keeps me loyal to our national carrier.
Great airline
AC has to be one of the best airlines to fly. Website is user friendly and the app allows customer to do almost everything right on tour phone. Customer agents and flight crew are helpful and friendly. The newer planes have comfortable seats and the inflight entertainment is awesome. Business class has great perks like access to the AC lounge and free WiFi.

Real Time Bag Tracking Notifications
The notification tells you right away if your bags are ready for claiming in the baggage carousel, which I find super convenient.
Flight Experience
Good but more is expected with respect to pricing.
Passport scan doesn’t work
Passport scan refuses to work with a new Canadian passport - other airlines do this no problem
Rigged
When you select “use my points” you get worse options than not using points. Also, when selecting the exact same dates and airline using a different app, you get better options.
Stupid verification process
If you don’t want me to use the app, you can simple tell me instead of asking me to do the stupid verification process for 5 minutes then still couldn’t let me log in :)
Helpful Staff
Christian at the AC desk at Newark Airport was exceptionally helpful and made my connection flight from Toronto to Windsor stress free.

Aeroplan Credit Card – Very Disappointing Experience
From my experience, Don’t apply for the Aeroplan credit card. You may not be able to use it to pay for the tickets you’re purchasing. Also, if you need to cancel your tickets within the 24-hour cancellation window, you could wait more than 4 hours just to speak with an agent, and they don’t have the proper tools to help resolve the issue. I definitely do not recommend it.

Trop cher, peu de confort, la nouvelle façon d’offrir des film sur notre propre téléphone c’est horrible. Renouvellez vos équipements. On paye très très cher pour le vol et on écoute un film sur un écran 4 pouces par 6 pouces. L’accueil devrait inclure des options sans gluten des options sans produits laitiers, 10% des gens ont maintenant cela un ou l’autre. Et la nourriture devrait être incluse lorsque les vols entiers achetés avec. Vous totalisé plus de 5:00 même si c’est deux vols, car vous économiser avec vos petits avion lorsque nous vivons une expérience désagréable de faire des transits.
