Best Task Management App
Akiflow is the perfect combination between a calendar and a task management system. It merges the two in such a frictionless and intuitive process that it makes managing your calendar almost fun. On top of that, all of their AI features are actually implemented so well that they build on top of everything you do and aren't a useless chatbot. I highly recommend anyone and everyone use this app.

Best All in one Planner
I’ve been trying different productivity tools lately, and Akiflow has genuinely helped me bring more structure to my day. What I like most is how it combines tasks, calendar planning, and time blocking in one place without making things feel overly complicated.
As someone managing multiple responsibilities and meetings daily, having a single dashboard to organize priorities has reduced a lot of mental clutter. The interface is clean, fast, and especially useful for planning focused work time.Still exploring all the features, but so far the experience has been very positive and practical for daily workflow management.

Buyer Beware
I’d stopped using this app about a year ago when I started a new job. I thought I’d canceled, apparently not. It took me about a week to notice the charge because I was traveling, and when I tried to get a refund they refused, despite the fact that I’d not used this app for a year. It’s really hard for me to respect a business that needs every bit of revenue so badly that they’re banking on people not catching the renewal notification. Now I’m out nearly $200, and for what? An app I don’t even use. Awesome. Do better, Akiflow. If you’re considering this app, I’m telling you there are better options by businesses with more integrity.

For computers only
Sounds like a decent program if you’re in front of your computer all day. Doesn’t look like it’s set up well for Mobile. In fact you can’t even open an account from a mobile device Have these guys not noticed the number of iPads being sold versus the number of desktops and laptops. And for $250-$500 a year it better be great, but I’ll never know because I’m a real estate developer that spends my time in the field. I need great Software, but I’m not going carry around a laptop when I can work off of an iPad for everything else. The M5chip is amazing and with 2 TB of storage I can do anything on it (almost) that I could do on a laptop.

Great AI To Do app and great customer service
I have searched for a lot of to-do apps, but this one stands out because of the AI Assistant feature called Aki. It really does feel like I’m talking to a person and asking them to make changes on my to-do list. For example, I typically will ask it to move over any low priority overdue items to the next time slot and it does it well. Also, when I signed up, I was able to talk to one of their specialist, Cecile, and she gave me a full demo of the tool, answered all my questions, and gave me some tips. Loving it so far!
I recently started using the app and I’m already impressed. I had a great onboarding call with Cecile, which made getting started feel seamless and genuinely thoughtful.
This is the first tool I’ve used that actually adapts to how I like to organize my work instead of forcing me to change my system to fit it. It’s quick, intuitive, and shows a lot of promise for bringing some real order to the chaos of my workflow.

Game Changer for Staying Organized
So far my experience with Akiflow has been great. It’s already helping me stay much more productive and on task with everything I have going on. The platform makes it really easy to bring all my tasks and calendars into one place, which has been a huge help for managing a busy schedule.
I also had an onboarding session with Cecile, and she was fantastic. She walked me through the setup, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was configured properly so I could start using Akiflow effectively right away. Her support made the whole experience even better.

Excellent app for centralize all tasks
Akiflow seems really easy to use. Has a lot of good features and integrate well with many other apps. They have good customer service as well. Cecile is very helpful in my onboarding session answer my questions and walk through some tips to use Akiflow efficiently. Highly recommended.

Super nice onboarding
I’m still not 100% sure this app is for me. Still testing it out! It solves some of my problems with organizing tasks, but also doesn’t have the ability to repeat weekly tasks without assigning them a day. However, five stars for the onboarding process! Much more intuitive than Asana and the one on one video call is super nice. I met with Cecile, and she was able to give me helpful tips and answer all of my questions! She was very nice and explained the system super well.

Initially I had an issue with this app but I am happy to say I’ve been dealing with Peache from customer support and my problem has been resolved. I’ve changed my rating to 5 stars since they resolved my issue.

Truly amazing. Perfect balance of simplicity and depth. Everything is quick but there’s enough power to manage projects. Love it and highly recommend.
Went above and beyond to steal money
Do not use PayPal with this service. Weeded out all my subscriptions with one card and they went to PayPal to have it take over $200! from another card that I never gave either companies permission to do. Wasn’t even my money and it crushed me when I was in a bind. They are soulless, they don’t care. Just accept that someone doesn’t want your subpar ripoff service and move on!

A software I’m ACTUALLY using
I feel as if I’ve tried all of the productivity/planning apps around but this is one I’m ACTUALLY using. It’s so simple to set up and I love that I get reminders before events occur. My onboarding call with Cecile was incredibly helpful. She answered the few questions I had and gave me great insights on other features I didn’t realize were available, but will now be using. If you’re shopping for productivity software you can stop looking now - this is the app you need!

This works for me. I am a marketing director with ADHD, I shell out big bucks in desperation to have some sort of control of my life. Paper planners don’t work for me because my life is too fast and the need for my personal and work calendar/tasks to be on ONE SPACE is crucial for me not to go insane. I used to pay for Motion, for 2 years …price went up for features I feel like nobody asked for and it p*ss3d me off. ANYWAY. After month of exploring I finally chose Akiflow (I was in between Sunsama and Akiflow). Decided on Akiflow for 2026. Feels and looks easy enough to use, but complex enough to handle my needs - my rec: WATCH THE TUTORIALS (i avoided them lol, thinking I would figure everything out on my own, but I watched the videos and was like “ohhhhhhh, this thing is great”. ONE THING FOR DEVs - I wish there was a feature to split big tasks up into multiple days better, instead of manually breaking it up. :-) otherwise, great!!! Thank you for coming to my ted talk.

Terrible Product, terrible customer service
I signed up for this app to organize my business, I only signed up for a month as I do not commit to something unless I know the product well. In this case, I was charged $228 for a year of this apps service and I did not want a year of this service, I only wanted a month. Furthermore, I’ve contacted customer service several times via email (you cannot contact them via telephone) and expressed my concerns regarding a refund. They have refused to provide me with a refund and have not been helpful in any way. They state their policy is “no refunds” however, I never used the product and I cancelled immediately and I did not sign up for a year!! Do not do business when this company, you will regret it!

Fantastic student plan!
My favourite part of Akiflow is when you select “Ctrl E” which allows you to then use the mic feature to breakdown your task to Ai. Thanks Peache for the assistance with the student 60% discount.
Easy to Use, Quick Set Up Excellent Customer Support
Just started using and really enjoy how quickly set up has been! Also their customer service is spot on. Had a 1:1 with Cecile to get the most of the tool and she was great at showing me the areas that would make most sense for my use case. Love how they set up users to be successful. Post call got a guide, links to webinars to learn more, and invitation to set up future 1:1 — definitely feel supported in making the most of a tool. If I’m paying for the tool it’s nice to know the customer service is also there to help you get the most out of it!

POOR Customer Service
I had such high hopes for this product, but alas like so many others the customer service behind the operation is abysmal.
IF the features of this application sound appealing, you may be right but here is what you MUST do before trying:
1. Pay very close attention to the free trial date, literally put a reminder in your phone and EMAIL the support like that you want to cancel before they charge you the annual $200+ fee.
2. Integration with other calendar applications sounds fun, but it’s buggy. Accounts I added kept disconnecting and I spent more time chasing full functionality than testing major features.
I’ve tested hundreds of applications in my career and this one may be exactly what the doctor ordered, but for now I can’t get past paying over $200 for something that I can’t fully use.
