Every single time I have issues using my facial verification to switch my phone🤦🏽, it has been happening for years please fix it
Debit restriction
I added money in my account and it got suspended I've uploaded everything they asked but still it says my account is been linked to another Alat but this is my first time opening this bank

This is quite a nice app. Makes banking easier
Best traditional bank in Nigeria
I enjoy using Wema bank since 2019 most especially as I can do everything with my phone without thinking of going to the bank even if there is issues I can fix it with my phone
But you people should try debiting stamp duty multiple times in a month and also unnecessary transfer fee

Love the App, Please Add NGX Stocks
The new Alat app is sleek and offers a beautiful experience. However, it only allows purchases of U.S. stocks. Please add NGX stocks or enable both markets together for a more complete investment option.

The new update is rubbish
The app didnt give any pior notice for an update, i almost got stranded yesterday, even after the update, the app didn't still allow me to login till now, meaning i'll have to go to bank to reslove it, for me who's always busy at work , how would i get the time. I don't think the heads of this very nonsense bank have anyone advising them sha because i am going to close my account with them and i'll make sure my friends and everyone i know do them same too

I sent Money from my other bank account since on Tuesday and I got the Debit receipt from the other bank but still yet to get my Alat account credited till today Thursday… what’s going on???

Authentication issues
Very useless app and bank!!! Hard to authenticate!!😡
Really stupid
Is this a bank app or a selfie app? Why does every interaction require a “liveness” selfie every time? If you can’t make a secure app and you need a camera view of your customers every time they interact with the app maybe set up a banking hall and request physical visit so you can verify the person doing the transaction is the account owner. This is 2026 and this type of pedantic incompetence is so sad to see

The app is now difficult to operate, several taps on a particular function before it will come up and I thought it was my phone but other bank apps are functional fine then I even updated the app still the same

I just created an account with u guys u gave me an account I put in money only for me to log in the app and u guys gave me another account number and the money I sent to the previous one is not reflecting on the app and there’s no how I can get intouch with you guys on the app
