*I’m facing a major issue with the Amazon Relay app. Every time I try to pick up a trailer, I get the error: “No geocoordinates provided. No recent location coordinates were detected.” Because of this, I can’t complete the pickup properly. Please investigate and fix this issue as soon as possible.
I’m experiencing a major issue with the Amazon Relay app. Whenever there is an app update or I try to refresh the app, I get the “No geocoordinates provided” error.
The issue also happens when:
* Trying to take a selfie.
* Entering the trailer number.
* During check-in and check-out.
Because of this, I am unable to complete my pickups and deliveries properly. This appears to be an app issue, not a device issue. Please investigate and fix it as soon as possible.

ROC takes forever to call back if they call back. Also lately they going to multiple different locations and never receiving a trailer and 50% of the time when they cancel it you don’t even get the cancel fee. But when you drive 2 to 3 hours to a location to cancel fee really is it adequate they should not book things if they do not have the trailers or load their ready to be picked up.

Sometimes the navigation will freeze then it’ll take awhile to return to the system, you don’t have to be in a dead zone either. At times the relay app will just close out mid navigation then when you turn it back on, you get dinged by driver I for distracted driving
