Amazon makes way to much money for there to be this many “bugs” in your system..every time I have a problem with it “ try and troubleshoot it”

* turn my phone off and on
* redownload the app
* log back in
All for the app to have the same problem
Then when you call for help OMG ..look I’m not racist or prejudice but as a black men in America who drivers trucks i prefer to have another American speaking to me ..the fact that I don’t understand 95% of the ROC words or instructions gives me a headache.. Amazon has outsourced their phone program to a bunch of Indians with their fast talking and thick accents makes it damn impossible to communicate properly…it’s like amazon doesn’t want to pay Americans to do this job which is crazy because anyone would do for a reasonable amount. Jeff Bezos do better.

It is very unfair to the trucking companies to not be able to communicate with a actual person to resolve a lot these problems we are experiencing on a day to day basis. Email, email, email and majority of the time just to get no response.

*I’m facing a major issue with the Amazon Relay app. Every time I try to pick up a trailer, I get the error: “No geocoordinates provided. No recent location coordinates were detected.” Because of this, I can’t complete the pickup properly. Please investigate and fix this issue as soon as possible.
I’m experiencing a major issue with the Amazon Relay app. Whenever there is an app update or I try to refresh the app, I get the “No geocoordinates provided” error.
The issue also happens when:
* Trying to take a selfie.
* Entering the trailer number.
* During check-in and check-out.
Because of this, I am unable to complete my pickups and deliveries properly. This appears to be an app issue, not a device issue. Please investigate and fix it as soon as possible.
