Why change the app so much?

All these changes in the Amex app to see my business checking is getting annoying. Please leave the things alone already. Why can’t I log in with my face? Why is it necessary to get a damn text with a code every…..single…. time. Pick something and leave it alone. Please.

Great card!

Even though the limit is low I find it very useful, hopefully they will increase my limit so that I can use it more, so far I like it

American Express has been a great company from air travel to everything day purchases, I particularly like the quick nature the resolve any issues whether it’s through issues with an airline company or hotel or regular merchant, it’s fast, professional and above all else helpful

Credit balance reduction

My credit limit was reduced with no explanation by $21,000. Would’ve liked an explanation.

Customer Service Failures

Customer service has a few scripted things they do and cannot handle any situation that requires communication and nuanced reason. They also will not connect you with someone to handle issues that aren’t a simple fix

PayIt feature is gone

Out of the blue on Saturday, 7/11/26, the “Pay It”feature on my account disappeared. I use this feature constantly and depend on it to monitor my charges for my financial accounting and auditing purchase transactions. I am extremely disappointed and considering closing my account.

An experience

Dreamed of being an amex customer in my young adult fase, made it happen and now fully enjoy the experience of being an amex customer

Upset

Highly upset with how Amex treated. Ive been a loyal customer, even opened a business account. Business hasnt been great, but business is seperate from personal. So to be penalized for business account not in great standing by lowering my credit limit on my personal cards to potentially ruin my credit is not right at all. Very close to closing all of my accounts with Amex and moving on.

785 credit scores and reduced my credit amounts!

Reduced the auto pay and paid more still the auto pay didn’t take affect ending up paying 800 dollar
