Offers aren't why I check the app
The information on the app is useful, but over time it's harder to check your current balance for your credit card, and AmEx sending you a bunch of offers for different products that you don't need.

Where did “pay it” go?
Where did “pay it” go? Before the update you could click on “pay it” to pay that transaction. Now you have to click into each transaction to pay it. Please bring it back.

I just finished paying off my phone, and now they’re trying to require I have an iOS 18.2 or greater to use the app. This app was great until it got douchey.

Whenever I attempt to login, I receive an error saying I need to update my app, yet in the App Store, there is no option to update??
Centurion is a joke
I pay premium dollars and a card member for over 20 years and can’t get into the club due to over crowding. I’m done with AE and poor service.

Worst credit card company ever
You will never deal with a worse company than American Express. Joined for the perks but it’s really nothing compared to their horrible customer service, constantly hounding you over $20, and canceling your card if you don’t pay those $20 meanwhile you have a $3k limit. How does that make sense. Paying this off and canceling Amex. Not worth it.

Keep getting worse
Why on each update te app keep getting worse ? I added my device to trusted devices and yet keep getting request to verify my identity even with Face ID enabled .
Flop app. Zero Stars.
App is horrible to use. A big red close to limit icon when you are 5k away from limit. Greedy Amex lacking features. Lots of errors except when taking payment. Everything else is a flop. App needs qc. Can’t make future payments although minimum due is satisfied for month. Keeps sending passcode when faceid is toggled on
