Anglian Water have been outstanding from my first approach for a construction water supply to a new build, to setting up the permanent supply and new account then closing the account on our old property. There was an anomaly in the address of our new build which caused everyone a lot of confusion but Anglian eventually resolved all the issues.

Just received my bill for annual water rates as was previously paying via my rent through Norwich city council.
On receiving new bill AW want me to pay over£1000 for my annual bill where as before I was paying £57 monthly via rent.
Why am I suddenly paying nearly double…
This is extortion especially when everyone is already struggling with the cost of living.

Excellent App
I don’t think I have found an app that is easier to use and quick to update than this one. All companies could learn from this design - very user friendly!

Not working
For some reason the app has stopped working ?
I have deleted and installed again and still not working ?

Great app to use, well set up thank you very much.
Payment increases
As the bills increase for water by 42% and no explanation as to why, is itself a disgrace.
My bill for this year is £278 and a predicted payment of £682 next December 26. This extra cost has pushed me into debt and no being able to feed myself as I have to put food for my child first.
This extra cost comes from the water companies clearly being fined millions of pounds and is customers to have pay for it. Again it's us who suffer who are forced into debt.
Anglian water need to sort out this incredible rise in cost and see how they can actually help there stuck customers?

Got me in bad credit file when I thought I was overcharged and took time to clear payment now my credit file was severely affected due to a small outstanding amount terrible service. But no other water options in my area.
