Great way to practice journaling

I’ve always wanted to be good at journaling and this app has helped me start. I love the prompted questions it generates as you write your thoughts down. It helps me flesh out my thoughts more. I’m also impressed with the ai generated meditations, they are all really polished. Really solid app and it feels like it was made with care and attention. Highly recommend.

Learned my son’s name without my consent and other things that disappointed me. It was helping.

As title states. Maybe I should’ve read the privacy info better. I struggle with trust and having the app learn my son’s name and mention my realtor as a friend when I definitely haven’t just turns me away. It’s been helping me but it feels like a violation to be open with things and then get blindsided by AI using personal info I didn’t provide. Really disappointed and despite how helpful it is I’ll probably delete it.

Not enough about childhood trauma and attachment

I wishe the exercises were more in depth and less repetitive more on repairing inner child

the closest app to attachment therapy i’ve ever used. not only does this app have daily practices that fit your attachment style but it scans your journal entries to help you better understand what your behaviors and feelings mean as well as what your current thought patterns are - all while giving you tips on what you can do and how to become more secure within yourself. it is the best app for building a better relationship with yourself and with others too. highly recommend for singles, those in a relationship and anyone looking to become more secure and enhance their relationship with themself and others.

This app is changing my life!

This app is changing my life for the better! I have been using this app for a month and a half now and I couldn’t love it any more than I currently do! I love that it uses real science from prestigious institutions. It is seriously worth every penny! The journaling is my favorite part that helps me understand myself so much better. While there are still some hiccups here and there, the founders are always available to assist and are so encouraging! I am so appreciative of them and this app! I cannot imagine not using it everyday!

Good ideas but overwhelming

It is only for people already know quite a lot about anxious attachment.

I developed tinnitus after listening to the AI developed meditation

This was going pretty good for a week, but then I listened to an AI written affirmation (because I have constant thoughts about being single) it said that my worth is not determined by my relationship status. I did feel very upset about that, and felt very unheard (its normal to want and be in a relationship as a human!) but apparently that made me so mad, I woke up a few hours afterward with crazy tinnitus! It’s been going on for hours. For me it’s clear my subconscious is trying to block anything related to anything telling me I need to remain single. BE CAREFUL WITH AI. So I deleted the app.

Having professional support can make the process feel safer and help you integrate any strong responses with care. As the co-founder of the app, I've also done emotional work (especially somatic) and felt a headache or a sensation in my body after - that's totally normal. It’s often a sign that the body is releasing built-up stress or energy as it begins to regulate again. Everyone has a different response to their response. Tinnitus (ringing in the ears) is a known physical reaction that can sometimes appear during periods of high emotional stress or anxiety. While it isn’t caused by the app itself, we always encourage users to pause their sessions, ground themselves, and seek medical guidance if any physical symptoms appear. A Unique and Powerful Tool!

This app has helped me get the one-on-one counseling I need in the actual moments I need it, not when I have my next scheduled appointment with my therapist. I love the personalized guided meditations and journaling tool! The most unique part of the app is actually the fact that it can analyze my partner and my connection and friction points based on our individual use of the app. These points have opened doors of deeper discussion for my partner and I that we have not even been aware of before!

Game changer

I honestly never write reviews but had to for this app. I genuinely look forward to using it every day and have actually seen changes in myself and how I handle anxious attachment moments. I love the guided journaling and personalized meditations. Highly highly recommend!!!
