This app is straight up magical

Great support for different attachment styles. Still working through the kinks of the app but overall really helpful. The AI intelligence really creates wonderful insights and feedback.

Great way to practice journaling

I’ve always wanted to be good at journaling and this app has helped me start. I love the prompted questions it generates as you write your thoughts down. It helps me flesh out my thoughts more. I’m also impressed with the ai generated meditations, they are all really polished. Really solid app and it feels like it was made with care and attention. Highly recommend.
