Chargers incorrectly offline in App
Chargers in Australia are being incorrectly shown as offline in the Autel Charge app when they are actually online and working.
Terrible avoid!

Does not send connection message through SMS or email… terrible software! Stay away from this product. Request dealership gives you another brand!

Useless
Absolutely awful to try initiating payment. There is no quick method of payment. You have to create a Autel Charge account and DL the app. Then it doesn’t let you charge from the app; you login from a website QR code, but then it doesn’t recognize your login credentials with the app you just DL’d and logged into.
Then I created a new account using apple credentials. Failed to charge after putting in my credit card info. Tried a second time and it finally worked. This took 12 minutes to start charging. AVOID at all costs.

Some aspects work well but there are a couple of obvious bugs
I just got the Autel lite wall charger and used the ios app. It works but there are a couple of bugs .
1. After you stop charging the widget and the Dynamic Island keep saying it’s connected and won’t close , even if you close the app and restart your phone .
2. You can’t delete any of your charge sessions in history - I put in the wrong tariff for the first charge (decimal place in wrong position) and now all my calculations are out.

Wifi capricieux
L’appli n’accède pas à la borne en wifi durant les sessions de charge. Recours au Bluetooth obligatoire.
L’arrêt de la charge peut provoquer un plantage (surtout via commande OCPP (stopremotecharge)

Charging when not scheduled
So far I’ve been happy with this app. The developers have been responsive.
I have my schedule set to start charging at midnight. Before heading to bed (which was before midnight), I plugged in my charger. I was surprised to see that it started charging and this was the first time it has happened. I double checked the app to make sure my schedule was correct which it was. Not sure what happened there but I’ll see if it happens again the next time.

Impossible de me connecter à mon compte sur l’application
Bonjour depuis la dernière à jour de IOS, j’ai été déconnecté de mon compte et depuis il m’est impossible de me reconnecter à mon compte! Quand j’entre mon numéro de téléphone rien ne se passe. C’est du grand n’importe quoi
Best ev charger apss support ever
Tried the apps while wanna charge at fortune park kepong.When u want to charge,after scan the qr code,it ask to key in 6-8 digit pin code.However there is no way to get the Pin code(the guidance ask u to scan the qr code,but after scan it only copy a website link).Tried to call the customer services number few times,but never get to pick up and it auto cut off at 6mint 30 second.Worst ev charging experience u can get.

Missing big feature
Overall the app is fine. One of the features missing is the ability to stop a charge at a certain percentage (like 80%). You can set a time schedule but you end up guessing how long a charge should be to keep a daily charge below 80% to save battery health. Some vehicles have this built into their own app but not all.
Please add this feature as soon as possible.

Keine sinnvolle Funktion
Anmeldung über Email funktioniert nicht. Ladepunkt in der Karte nicht zu finden. Scannen des QR Codes funktioniert nicht. Kein Laden möglich. Die Autel Ladepunkte gehen mit keiner anderen Ladekarte zu aktivieren. Absolut unbrauchbar.

Cannot report damaged stations
They don’t care about the customer. 4 stations damaged by plow trucks pushing snow against them, preventing anybody from charging and there is no option to report an issue to Autel so the stations are still listed as active, tricking customers into getting stranded here when they realize they cannot recharge!
If you try to “Report a Bug” it is a report for app-only and even that feature is non functional, giving an error message claiming the bug report “failed to send” *multiple screenshots*
Took photos of the 10 foot wide x 100 feet long x 3-8 foot tall snow pressed against the Autel machines at the Rhode Island Novelty. Any plow contract should be terminated for stupidity if not the damage incurred.

Ridiculous rates
Too expensive to charge with these chargers compared to other options. Nice to have in my apt complex but will never use due to cost of session and kw
Poor WiFi
Started off well, but not my charger never stays connected to WiFi. My router app shows the charger as having a very strong signal. The lock screen widget showing charge stats looked nice for the 3 times it worked, but haven’t seen it for months now. Have to just trust that the car is charging overnight with no means to check.

Intenté cargar mi coche sin crear la cuenta dos veces ambas me dieron error pero me cobraron 50 euros, sigo esperando la devolución.
No es muy confiable que te cobren y luego no te lo devuelvan si no has realizado la carga hay otros puntos de carga donde te cobra y si no has realizado la carga te devuelven el dinero al instante. 50 euros perdidos sin poder cargar el coche

Totalmente inadeguata
Dopo l’ultimo aggiornamento l’app si è staccata dalla rete di casa ed ha resettato le impostazioni . Nel mio caso ha portato la corrente di ricarica massima a 8 amp. bloccando l’ascensore. Aembra inoltre che non sia più possibile connettersi al wi fi. Solo bluetooth.
Schedule sometimes doesn’t work
Sometimes when I have the app set to schedule to charge overnight and it will randomly just not work. I’ll get up the next morning and the cars not charged. Has happened a few times now
