Terrible Application
I have to “forgot password” every time this app is used, even if that is 2 minutes apart with a saved password. I am then directed to the website for account maintenance. I have to create a new password every time. Often the web page is down so I literally can’t use my insurance without calling and waiting on hold. It is frustrating to be stuck giving money to this company. The list of in-network providers in my city of 200,000 is extremely small.

No MFA Code Sent
I can’t log in because I can’t get it to send a MF login code to my email. It looks like it starts to send a code, then nothing ever goes through, and it doesn’t go to the next screen to enter a code.

This is one of the worst app I had 90 percent of the time is not working at all. BCBS should do something about this issue. I can’t believe that such a company would have an app like this one. They better get some programming done with this app or next year I will find me another Dental Insurance.

Can’t log in ever
What is with this the login never works!

The app won't even let you login. Can't even fulfill basic functionality

The latest update still has the same issue logged in with password then the authentication process failed either text voice or email not working

The app requires a text message security code to sign in. The security code never arrives. Makes the app completely unusable.

Absolutely trash of an app. It’s pathetic. It will never let you login and it will tell you your account is locked out. The website isn’t much better. Can never login. Safari or Edge. It will make you change your password every time and the last step It will lead to a blank white screen and thats as far as you can go. Who the heck

The site is down a lot and passwords are always off

Consistent issues with the app blocking me from logging in, codes not generating to my phone, updates leading to app down time, and then logging in and features being unresponsive. This app is an embarrassment to BCBS and makes me want to change plans.
Unable to log in
The app would be fine and the 2 times I was able to get past the login it was fine but as others have stated it is insane to access as there always seems to be an error or problem logging in. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and that doesn’t help either
App Does Not Work!
As the title states, this all does not work. I try to use this app to login to my account but it does not let me. It always gives me an error message. It’s a good thing I have my Insurance Card! I’m hoping the app developers can fix this app to where it’s actually useable.
