This app has no place to send a message to someones name that works for Blue care of Michigan.
So you can't direct a message to a specific person if you want to send documentation to them, etc.

Replacement BCBS Card
Site is very smooth to get to my card and allow me to put it in my phone wallet. However I also asked that a plastic card be mailed. Upon hitting Submit I did not get confirmation that a card would be sent, the app does not respond. FYI
It’s fine on the occasion when the app loads
Most of the time you cannot log in. It constantly resets any ‘remember me’ or ‘face id’ login features. Even with manually putting in your login and password, the wheel just spins and spins and the app won’t log you in. I’ve been trying to login for a week. This is not the first l, second or even 10th time I’ve had this issue.

Where's my enhanced dental and vision coverage ?
Nothing on my BCBS app shows me the additional expanded vision and dental coverage that I pay for each month in addition to my included coverage

Slow navigation and took several attempts for app to load.
Useless app
This app is always either not working or full of bugs. Every once in a while I use this app I get the “oops there has been a technical error” gotta love these insurance companies taking all the money yet having Stone Age app quality
Haven’t been able to access the app for almost a year.
Finally deleted the app as it became a waste of space. I have no idea why because my insurance is still with blue cross but for some reason every time I try to log in I get an error about an unexpected technical error. The only way I’m able to view my policy information is on the website now. It’s been like this for nearly a year.
My phone is the most recent model and my iOS and apps are always up to date. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling. I’ve tried turning off Face ID log in. Tried manually plugging in my user id and password. I can’t use the app at all.
Do not recommend.

Bad
Having all the information on an app is great but you have to wait forever for the app to do anything, load times are slow.
This is the worst app I’ve ever used
Please fix it you are literally telling me I owe you money and making it impossible to see why

Trash app kinda like their expensive service
Slow and unresponsive just like they are. So sad that they have some really good doctors but suck at taking care of people or updating their app.
