I like Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. You pay my bills on time which at my age is very important because I’m on a fixed income.
Covered procedure
After 6 months claim a procedure that the doctor decided during the procedure to do again was not covered. Out of pocket . Was told by billing manager that’s just how they do it. Surprise billing and now in collections. I call BS

It was easy to login and retrieve information.

Love the app, however with the new update the find care button isnt working right now.
Too slow
This app is slow and it is difficult to find what you are looking for.
Says I don’t have an account.
In the app they say they can’t find account with my information but on a browser I am able to log in. Seems like typical medical industry protocol to make it hard to use/access coverage.
Horrible website
This is one of the most difficult sites I’ve ever had the misfortune to use. The only thing worse is calling customer service which I’m going to be forced to do since I can’t obtain the information I need online.
It doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work. Anytime I try to open it, it just stays on the blue screen with the blue cross logo and never loads. Not sure what’s wrong with the app
Site errors
The BCBSM site never works properly especially when you really need it. It’s very frustrating. Website/APP need to be overhauled using a different company since problems have been ongoing for years.

This app has no place to send a message to someones name that works for Blue care of Michigan.
So you can't direct a message to a specific person if you want to send documentation to them, etc.

Replacement BCBS Card
Site is very smooth to get to my card and allow me to put it in my phone wallet. However I also asked that a plastic card be mailed. Upon hitting Submit I did not get confirmation that a card would be sent, the app does not respond. FYI
It’s fine on the occasion when the app loads
Most of the time you cannot log in. It constantly resets any ‘remember me’ or ‘face id’ login features. Even with manually putting in your login and password, the wheel just spins and spins and the app won’t log you in. I’ve been trying to login for a week. This is not the first l, second or even 10th time I’ve had this issue.
