Credential Store no longer works
What’s the point of this app if I can’t inject my login credentials from the credential store? Works fine in the web and from the pc rep console, but this app just shows nothing… I wish Bomgar wouldn’t have sold to them. Their whole suite is a clunky broken mess, and their support are professionals at sending you kb articles that have nothing to do with the issue you have.

Cannot Sign In
I cannot even sign in because of the way our MS MFA system works. There is no option to open the SAML login view from an external browser.

I wish there were some clever explanation of my title, but no…. I literally can NOT use this app with any efficiency due to the absurd limitations on zoom display of jump clients. I’ve used countless other utilities that all have perfectly workable zoom functions (and have had them for a decade or more).
Even the desktop version is difficult to view comfortably. It’s “okay” on displays 24” or larger, but even on my 15” mbp I often need to use my phone to magnify screen content.

Remote support Issue
They took away the keyboard making the app extremely difficult to use.
Product is great, until it’s not. Stop breaking it with updates!
You can’t take a feature away without letting anyone know and then be completely unresponsive when we report it.
The “tickets” we put in are never answered and the escalation team never does anything.
The product is genius and is fantastic, but come on support, you’ve got to reply when your updates break something that was working great previously.

Enterprise Pricing, Amateur Support
Enjoy it when it works, because once an update rolls out, something always breaks — and BeyondTrust takes zero accountability to fix it. Despite signing a multi-year enterprise contract, we’ve been left with months of downtime, empty promises, and a complete lack of ownership.
Support has become a revolving door of untrained reps who treat every call like a brand-new ticket, ask for the same information repeatedly, and never follow up. Two months later, the issue remains unresolved, and the silence from their escalation and development teams speaks volumes.
For a company charging premium prices and marketing itself as an enterprise-grade solution, this level of service is unacceptable. Reliability and accountability clearly aren’t priorities for BeyondTrust anymore.

Unable to use command shortcuts
Cannot use function shortcuts when opening the keyboard. On iOS 26. Whats the reason for paying so much not to have this work?
Last update broke app
Function keys no longer appear on keyboard making the app completely unusable, please fix

New update removed access to function bar on iPhones and has rendered app useless. Website no longer functional. You’ve completed ruined it
Latest update
App was good before. Latest update with new ui design causes the keyboard not to display the F functions at top of keyboard. I have several technicians all saying the same thing. For some reason too it’s taking longer for the app to update the directory list and I have to wait for all the locations to appear. Before it was near instantaneous.

Not working
App used to work for my Bomgar console on my iPhone but now it will not. Only will work on an old iPad. Been like this for 2 years. Will not work on a new iPhone.

The app never saves the password to log in even though I make sure the “remember me” option is on

Ever since the latest update I cannot even use the app to login on any apple device. It just cycles through after typing user/pass. Keep checking for a firmware fix but nothing in 2 months. Makes it useless to me
Won't work at all now with IPhone
This app was bad when it worked. Horrible interface and workability. Now you've really done it though and made it so it doesn't interface with iPhone at all. Nice JOB!!!
