This program has completely changed my postpartum! I found it after having my 3rd, and it has been extremely helpful in healing my core. I had 4 kids in 5 years, and this program has taught me how to properly engage my core and strengthen my pelvic floor. I can now even jump on a trampoline without leaking (couldn’t do that until after I started the program). Just do it! It’s worth it!

This program is so comprehensive, so intelligent, so easy to navigate, I can’t say enough. It took me a long time to make it through the whole ab rehab due to some health problems and kiddos who didn’t sleep 🤪 but I kept chipping away and I’m finally able to exercise without any dysfunction or symptoms. I love the coaches, everyone is so knowledgeable and positive and supportive. I’m starting the meal plan next!

I have spent thousands of dollars on pelvic floor therapy and spoken to many different types of professionals and this app literally combines them all. If you take it seriously and follow the program, it really is incredible.

When I first started this program, I didn’t think that I wouldn’t get results as quickly as I did. I’m 2 years PP and a C-section mama of two. Here’s what I love so far:

Good teachers- lots of knowledge
These ladies know a LOT! The program is pretty straightforward, but it is a lot of work. It takes a long time to heal any muscle so I hope it works.

I 100% recommend this program for all mamas, pre, during and post pregnancy. I have learned more about my own body in the past few weeks than I ever have before, which has made me feel more confident and motivated in my recovery.

Love this program
This is my second time doing this program. This time around I started feeling better in my body within the first week, the breathing can take some time to master but I love this app and everything on it. It is so helpful and gives me my old body and muscles back! Thank you Nancy!

I actually emailed the company and asked for a refund because I had a difficult time navigating through the app.... I am SO GLAD I didn't get a refund because this app has been amazing so far and I am only on week 2 in the Ab Rehab category! I have learned so much. It lays everything out for you day by day which helps me stay accountable. I love it and look forward to the new challenges every day!!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND
(NOTE: see other reviewers talking about this exact situation - other companies don’t do this and are reasonable. Developer has responded and as you can see I’m being forced to keep an active subscription for an entire year when I don’t use it). They give you the run around when you try to cancel the subscription. It turned out I never used it and I let the whole year subscription ride. Upon renewal

After having my second baby my body felt destroyed! 4 finger DR, awful posture, prolapse and so much pain. After two months my body has changed drastically and I feel so much more like myself again! I’m excited to continue my journey with the app because it is the best thing I did for myself postpartum!

Do it!
If you are on the fence about investing in yourself and in this app, I highly suggest doing it. I am 11 month postpartum and have tried so many different ways to strengthen my core and heal my pelvic floor. This app and this community is what I needed. The nutritionists and the women that are available to help you are just amazing. They are so kind, patient and professional. They are truly there to help you on your journey as well as any questions you might have about your little one. I wish I had had this app sooner when I was pregnant with my other two children.

Buyer beware!
This program automatically renews itself. I haven’t used this program at all, cancelled my subscription, and because it was a day late, this company is refusing to make a reasonable refund. I had no idea it was on auto renewal. Emails back and forth of them acknowledging that they can see I canceled, then asking me to verify my email. Complete run around. I asked three different times can I just get my money back. Then they finally said no, as I canceled the day after the renewal, and that I can use this product for another year. That’s the point! I haven’t used this product at all!

Soooo glad I found this app!
I had seen several ads for this program and initially waived it off. Well after the birth of my second child I knew I needed help. My firstborn was a c-section and my second born was a VBAC. This program helped guide me through rehab and correct things I didn’t even realize were an issue. With my c section my nerves got cut and the sensation in certain areas of my stomach never came back. This program helped me to regain my mind/body connection and to help me engage my core and pelvic floor in the correct way. Through their self assessment programs I also learned that I suffer from an anterior pelvic tilt, something I never would have learned about had I not found this program. Once I completed this program I felt ready to engage in regular activities again with a new sense of strength and breathing techniques. I wish I had found this app sooner as it would have saved me months of pain. I have been recommending this program to everyone that I can. And if I end up having anymore babies I already know what my go rehab program will be!!

The BEST POSTPARTUM PROGRAM!
I have been pregnant 3 times over the past 4 years- the second time was with twins. I am rather petite so my pregnancies have taken quite a toll on my abs. I have worked through this program after each pregnancy, but never completed it in full. After my most recent pregnancy I was left with a 4 finger- width gap in my abs. This third time I have been the most consistent and the most dedicated, and I can say with 100% certainty that if you put in the time and the effort your body WILL CHANGE! It is so rewarding to pour back into my own cup and I truly believe this program should be added as standard care for all women post-pregnancy. I cannot say enough good things about this program and this app- and I have even seen so many changes through out the years of this program so I know they are constantly trying to improve, making it user-friendly and the best that it can be! 10/10 would recommend to any mom!!!! ❤️

Quick, life changing results
This program both the Ab rehab and the slim down are amazing. I am truly amazed how drastic the results are after only 30 days. Nancy and her team are amazing.
Helpful after 6 babies!
I just had my 6th and I did a rehab with my 4th, although the app experience was a bit different back then. I love all the features they’ve added and the fact that I can just click play and not really have to think about it! Each day takes about 30-45 minutes and I can break up the videos and do them throughout the day in small chunks if needed which is really convenient. For anyone dealing with symptoms of prolapse, bad posture, or diastasis, I highly recommend this program to help you recover and get back to feeling like yourself again!

Do not recommend
This app is not user friendly at all and is more expensive than most other prenatal/postnatal apps on the market. Customer service and their online support is lackluster at best. After purchasing this more expensive app I learned she has a newer one and assumed I’d be granted access to the new content as well considering I paid a premium for this app. Well I was wrong. It’s more of a cash grab rather than a customer-centered model. Not worth the money in my opinion. Reached out hoping they would do the right thing - not just for me, but for the broader community of moms who deserve transparency and value for what they’re paying for, but was met with resistance. I’d recommend the Form app over this.
