Be forewarned—you’re charged whether you ride or not
I’d avoid this service until they improve their business model. I booked my first trail ride from the airport to my home with my family. Unfortunately, the airline lost one of our bags. While in the middle of dealing with that, the driver said he had to leave since he had another booking. Of course, Blacklane insisted on charging full price without providing the service. No credit offered and no support provided. I would highly recommend staying flexible by booking with one of the rideshare services which can be cancelled and rebooked much more flexibly. Avoid this scammy service if possible.

Terrible for families
Horrible experience. Road with them a few times over the week. Twice they forgot one of the car seats, and they had no backup plan, so my family had to split up and find alternative ways home.
In both cases, their drivers lied and said they had both car seats, so we did not get a refund. Shows both poor ethics and a bad experience

Terrible service and buggy app
The app pre-authorized charges on my credit card for the same amount of money over 5 times because something mistakenly said my flight was delayed 30 minutes (it was actually early) and moved my pick up time 30 minutes later. I could have gotten a taxi in 3 minutes instead! When I tried to change the time back, it never updated and my card was charged again and again!This app is filed with bad bugs. This experience was a disaster. I was offered nothing and I do not trust Blacklane at all. The cars and drivers are the same as uber but just more expensive. Deleted my account.
