Can’t access my money
Got logged out from my device have to reset password, reregister but says try again almost 1 week now. I am abroad and it makes it harder. Now can’t access my money. This is very disappointing and frustrating!

The phone application is very bad. Needs to be enhanced. Can't access anything. Needs improvement.

This update sucks! Separating accounts using tabs rather than just on one page. Suggestion, when paying credit card and pressed full amount, amount should already be on the “Amount” portion hndi ung go back then tatandaan mo pa kung magkano ung babayaran.

The app worked perfectly fine before doing all the updating! I can’t access my funds overseas and the hotline is useless. Even if you update the mobile phone number you your overseas mobile number, it doesn’t register. Napakawalang-kwenta! Closing our account when we go back home. Stupid app, stupid bank!

Your app is rigged and can't be easily open abroad. Can you make it available 24/7 at the most. Make it reliable that we can always transfer money and send money. Why is it app is always not available at this time on our screen. Get a new developer that is may be user friendly and accessible to people abroad at all times like what we have here abroad.
