Good Security
BPI has some room for improvement! On line backing, you should be able to access call your accounts! Unfortunately, that’s not the case with PPI. You cannot access some of your savings account accounts and this pretty much put you going to the bank waiting in line sitting in queue. Unacceptable, make your online backing more user friendly!! Don’t get me wrong BPI has some amazing services but needs improvement. That being said I still give them a five star rating.

Clunky
Too many clicks to make a transfer. Too hard to find how to top up skyway. No ability to set up direct debit for monthly expenses eg internet and streaming subscriptions

From 5-star rating down to just 2 stars. Napaka-unreliable, always merong downtime. Bilang OFW napakahirap na may kailangan akong ipadalhan ng pera tapos biglang unable to transfer or what.
