I have recently made a transaction that I received in my account then all of a sudden its gone! The hassle part is that as an OFW, my otp is in my phil number which hard to access when Im abroad. Why is this so hard to do? Cant otp be send thru email? Everything is a hassle.

Credit Card Pay in Full Option
It used to be that when clicking pay in full, the amount is already available, because it makes sense to have it ready when the intention is to pay that amount in full. Now you added additional steps on selecting what biller is needed to be paid? When it is clear that the client is already in the credit card. And I have to MANUALLY input the amount!?. The design team needs to step up on making things easier for the client. It is like they are not thinking about the user experience.

I have both BDO and BPI. For years I have been loyal to BDO. But since they implemented the new log in that does not use OTO I started to hate it. Now I love BPI because it’s easier and FREE transfers to other banks! Yey BPI

Can’t access my money
Got logged out from my device have to reset password, reregister but says try again almost 1 week now. I am abroad and it makes it harder. Now can’t access my money. This is very disappointing and frustrating!

Poor Application
The phone application is very bad. Needs to be enhanced. Can't access anything. Needs improvement.
Not user friendly. Practically, inconvenient.
This update sucks! Separating accounts using tabs rather than just on one page. Suggestion, when paying credit card and pressed full amount, amount should already be on the “Amount” portion hndi ung go back then tatandaan mo pa kung magkano ung babayaran.
