Simple, customizable, comforting
I’d been looking for a good guided breathwork too for a while and tried a few other apps. I found this one recommended on reddit and gave it a shot and really liked it. The voice guidance and haptics can both be turned on or off and it comes with a stack of pre-programmed breathing cycles as well as an option to make your own. A+++
