• 🐛 The app is ok. It’s functional. But it used to have a check-in button for when you arrive at the pickup spot. Now, if you text the number on the sign it tells you that you can check in on the app, but that button is gone.
• 🐛 Every time I open this app it just says "application failed to load" and asks me to either restart or send an error log.
• 🐛 The app has stopped working completely. Uninstall and reinstall doesn’t fix it. Restart phone doesn’t fix it.
• 🐛 No matter how many times I uninstall or reinstall, app states “the app will be restarted to update its content”
• 🐛 The app only lets me create a new account if I sign out or happen to delete the app for a period of time.
• 🐛 Lost all reward, signed in same address.
• 🐛 I racked up about 1,600 points. One day I updated the app and they were all completely gone.
• 🐛 This app is never working super annoying. It always crashes.
• 🐛 App worked great every time I’ve used it, till now and the last update, now it crashes every time I open it and it keeps saying I placed an order when I didn’t
• 🐛 It seems like every time I get a craving for Balance, the app is never working and it just says try again in a few minutes. So I try again in a few minutes it’s still doesn’t work.
• 🐛 And today you not longer accept Apple Pay?
• 🐛 Hopefully they’ll fix this quickly
• 🐛 I will place an order in the app, and when I go pick up my food they say the order was never in their system. I always get an email with my order summary, the total is charged to my card, and it usually shows up on my app. This hasn’t happened once this has happened more than 4 times. I am not sure what is wrong if it’s my account or the app, but it makes me not want to use their curbside service and wait to order their food until we can go in person to place orders.
• 🐛 Please add back Apple Pay (it’s more secure) as well as a way to tip the hard workers!
• 🐛 For the last year this app fails to load all of the time
• 🐛 Hard to select location (Cleveland).
• 🐛 Neither the Apple Pay or Credit Card options would work. It thought Apple Pay was not set up (it is) and thought the credit card info was incomplete (it wasn’t). Had to resort to taking a screen shot of our order so I could take it with me to the restaurant.
• 🐛 The app is easy to use and the order process is great. However, I get an error about “needing to set up Apple Pay” every time I try to utilize the option, and then it takes me into the app’s allowances/settings in my phone where there is nothing about it. I use Apple Pay regularly and have only ever had issues with this app...
• 🐛 It occasionally takes your money without placing the order.
