Avoid at all cost if trying to finance a vehicle, you will never be able to speak with an actual IS based individual who can answer questions, everything is “please hold while I inquire about your issue” and then followed up with “Unfortunately the Accounting department did not answer and I will send submit a email regarding your issue/concern” You’ll also have to call customer service anytime you make an additional payment to let them know you’d like it applied to the principal and not forward your payments which is a very annoying hassle…

PLEASE BE AWARE, AVOID THIS COMPANY WITH ALL COST, the billing structure ,the actual app, itself how many payments are left on the car, THEY WITHHOLD SO MUCH INFORMATION BECAUSE THEY’RE SCAMMING YOU TO SHREDS 26% INTEREST RATE THEY GAVE MY SON. Wow really…
This is probably the worse app ever . It’s like they didn’t finishing putting it together . It doesn’t load at all. And this is where I’m suppose to pay my car note. Wow and from all the 1 and 2 stars for the past 2 years and no attempt to fix the problems .

Update- And it gets worse, i do a standard payment at what it has for my payment, next month i add more to apply to principle and somehow the principle breakdown is less. Starting to seem like a scam business
Cannot schedule a payment to replace auto pay will say you have others that will still come out without option to pay early
Made an additional payment month before of 100, showed it as reduced from next payment, went ahead and made a payment for normal amount, it is saying it will be pulling another payment for full amount on the auto pay. This apps a joke will be refinancing asap to not have to bother with these clowns

I have tried for a solid week to verify my email after buying a car and every time I hit "resend" to my CORRECT email, it never shows up in my inbox. Even resetting my password emails never show. This is so wildly annoying.

Preys on young adults who are first time buyers doesn’t negotiate loan terms no matter how good your account is in standing customer service doesn’t really offer any solutions and it’s all foreigners wouldn’t doubt that they’re taking advantage of their wages either
