Great app, with a few small improvements needed

The ticket-buying process is easy, fast, and convenient, apple pay is integrated, and the app is generally very user-friendly. However, buying a ticket from Berlin to the airport can be confusing, especially for tourists who aren’t familiar with the A, B, and C fare zones. It would be great to have a dedicated “Airport Ticket” tile that makes it clear which ticket to buy, without having to figure out the zone system.

Another useful improvement would be the option to swipe away or hide tiles that you don’t use, making the home screen cleaner and more personalized.

Overall, a great app that works well — just a few UX improvements could make it even better!

P.S. i wrote the same thing about buying a ticket to airport many many years ago for your old BVG app..looks like things didn't change. maybe its a difficult feature to implement

Won’t take payment

Works nicely until you try to pay. Then it states that it cannot load your payment methods, so you miss your train.

Response from developer

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry that you were unable to purchase a ticket or create an account due to technical issues. A temporary problem affected parts of the app, including registration and login functions, but this has since been resolved. We understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. 💛

Cannot access tickets I bought

Bought a 4 pack but could not activate after the first ticket. Tried deleting and redownloading the app and logging in and out and does not work. Basically took my money.

Still a turd

How many years have they been working on this app for? And it still constantly screws up, eats your money, makes you purchase when you need to validate, etc. How can this company not hire a decent app developer? One job: buy a ticket. It’s not that complicated!
