Fix the app
The fact that I can’t sign in on the app if I don’t sign out from my desktop login is incredibly frustrating when trying to maintain mobility.

This app does NOT work
I tried signing in multiple times to both Apple and Gmail login, and it goes back to the original login screen without proceeding. I was looking forward to this app’s functionality and was confident that it would work since it was updated a week ago. I do not recommend (so far) unfortunately.

Works great
There always making updates to the app and it works great! Been using it for over a year now. Wish it was less clicks to jump from company to company. Over all it gets the job done.

Don’t expect your calls or your messages to load unless you have time to close the app, login again, and cross your fingers and pray to whatever god you worship that it works that time. It didn’t. Not to mention when you push to send a text, get ready for your message to be sent multiple times, making you look real professional! Thanks Call Rail! This has been an ongoing issue since they’ve updated the system and until real changes are made we’re taking our business elsewhere.

Truly the worst app I’ve ever used
Notifications don’t work properly, text threads are clunky are rarely load, basically zero support outside of (delete the app and redownload it), you name it—the app is abysmal.

I need to be convinced the head of mobile isn’t related to the founders of CallRail.
Do notifications work? Find out by flipping a coin each morning.
Do messages load when you open the messages? I hope you kept that coin handy because you’ll need it again.
Did you win both coin tosses? That’s great!
Hold on there buddy, we’re not done yet! Now that you got the messages loaded you need to reply to them. But did your reply go through? What’s the moon phase at? Oh shoot,
it’s a waxing crescent, that’s one of the moon phases where your messages don’t go through. :(
At least your phone can be a mobile hotspot for your laptop. Because you’ll need to have your laptop on you if you don’t want to miss out on hundreds of thousands of dollars in jobs every year from relying on this “app”.
Ps. I’m a developer and once worked as a technician for Apple. Don’t even worry about replying suggesting I don’t have my notification settings setup right. It ain’t user error.

Great App!!
This new app is so easy to use and has great added features!!!
App is broken
Before the update, the app was working halfway decent until now. It’s basically useless because I can’t see my calls or listen to my voicemails. I wish there was a way to revert back to the old version.

New version awful
Horrible . At first the transcripts made it seem better but it’s not. Never refreshes the callers, the call type logos for incoming and outgoing are the same, past day calls don’t show the time of calls, you can’t see if the call is in progress anymore, super slow to go back on Home Screen. Hate it fix it or give us the old one back !!

It was an ok app once upon a time. Before you got locked out using your password at all times and can’t sign in using Google.
Can’t use SSO Google credentials like the site
So now I’m locked out, even though I gave my Gmail credentials to sign in with email + pass.
Only works for a few days before problems arise
Works for a few days , then nothing works , some tokenization issue , once I deleted and added the app again , my password is incorrect , and I need to change it every time afterwards…

A feature that would be helpful
I just downloaded the app, it’s been helpful thus far. One small suggestion, it would be helpful if when listening to calls you could drag along the time line rather than having to listen to the whole call.
Horrible company and app
If I could give this app 0 stars then I would. Worst call tracking company ever. The app malfunctions, calls drop, and the over all service is terrible. I do not recommend this company or app to anyone.

App is Completely Neglected
Have you ever seen a tech company completely neglect their app?? The thing hasn’t worked for years. Why not take a few heads at the company away from finding new ways to get us to spend more on features we don’t want and update your app to at least function. Like what is going on?!
Awful access setup. Waste if time and money
They changed their two factor authentication system. So no users with 2fa can log in. In order to login their awful useless support team offers to reset password and it still not letting users to log in.

Can’t login with google sign in. Useless
I use the web version with a google sign in for all my callrail accounts. The app doesn’t let me log in with a google sign in so it doesnt work.
